Everone be aware this handset has a common problem which is the screen cracks,the actual touch screen and the screen is really close together so when u are pressing it ure actually putting pressure on the screen thats why it cracks,but lg do not want to disclose this problem,and this info if from lg themselfs

I use the Cookie for 2 months and don't like it. The battery charge down too fast e don't notice that!!!
Then I changed to the Samsung S5230. The Samsung S5230 Star is better, much better.

maybe its because you guys play too much with the thing. my LG is perfectly fine. no problems so far and i have mine for about a month now! and obviously the batery wont stay charged if your like a phone addict and cant put the thing down for a sec. i love my LG cookie, i think its the best thing since the Wii came out

i think u didn't now how to use this fone, it's actualy verry god :), i like it and i don't have eney problems with it so i don't know what is the cause of your problem, maybe u are unluky :)chears :)

This phone is a complete scrap. My touch panel stopped working. Not even able to dial a number. I serviced once in LG care and again same problem. Now i can just attend the incoming calls and can dial the last received/dialed calls.

xiao bai, 09 Jun 2009why is message alert so soft??? it doesn't ring loud...Big problem for me...I think i've come to the conclusion that the sms alerts volume can't be turned up. Major hassle, just have to get a tone that is loud to start off with.

elle, 08 Jun 2009my friend has this phone, she charges 3x times a day, is it a factory defect? because they say... morei had this phone and the same happened to me with the battery, on contract so rang them up and sent it back, cant be doing with charging it every day, i have gone back to the good old faithful Samsung, got it on saturday, charged it up and still on 3 bars, how good is that!!!!!
