hi,
i have the sony ericsson w580. recentlly it has been acting up and deleting all my files. i am going to take it to the carphone warehouse to let them try and fix it. if they dont, i would like to trade it in for the LG cookie. can any1 tell me if that is possible please? thank you to whoever replies ...

i thought LG phone r not good after using lg cookies it is excelent campare 2 nokia 5800 reall it is value for money

I bought this cell from UK and that time it was not launched in India.I had a very poor experience with this set as it is getting hanged again and again and other other problem is battery backup which is very less.I would not suggest any one to buy this phone.

Want to buy this phone: Can someone tell me:
1. Does it really support a 16 GB memory card
2. How is the sound quality,
3. Is a connector available so i can use the regular 3.5mm headphones on this phone?
these are the deciding factors for me so if not i wont mind just buying a nokia 5130 or something... :)

The one i have never hanged and i have version c of the software. I bought it in early march so i think LG have put the new software on the most recent phones. As long as you buy one from the recent lot i don't think you should have problems, at least i don't.

dear friends,i had mine since 25th of march.it is really nice phone.the sound is good clear and loud,it is also fast and really good gadget.untill now never stuck and seems very reliable!but the most super is the battery!since i baught it i gharge it only 3 times and have 6 hours talking!i really suggest it and believe me is bargain for 170 euro!only typing messages is hard if you have big fingers!

I was suprised after reciving this phone the other day, my first lg phone was the lg prada, i thought that was good except for a few little things, lg have seemed to improved alot. The sound for when people ring you is alot louder, the battery is improved and the touch screen has seemed to have got better too! I dont think anyone can complain about this, even the price is under £100. Well done LG

newbie, 03 Apr 2009i have the lg cookie and so far i like the feature its just that im having a hard time texting... morecan't u use the stylus that came with it.
