Texting is not hard! you can use alpha numeric keypad or handwriting recognition by using embeded stylus. but i use numeric keypad more.

You can type in using the keypad(as normal)

install mo sa pc, tapos open mo then punta ka sa or option & help then country and language choose phil.
then holla magupdate na yan to 10d, goodluck! hehe
mine is already v10d. no restart no reset, but sometimes lag, not serious problem. any phone even nokia's have this problem.
