im pretty much impressed by the layout of cookie plus its features...
ive seen many videos abt its functionalities...
bla bla bla..
anyways the bottomline is tht im impressed and crazy abt this phone...
but ive gone thru many comments here...and im double minded now...shall i go for it or not??

well i got my LG COOKIE on the 28th of december and it has froze 2 times with in a week, then on the 4th of january my mum took it back and the man said it was coz i was storing everything onto my phone memory instead of my memory card. after that it was ok UNTIL last nite my music mould not play it has got nothing to do with the speakers because my videos still play n the sound is ok. i was very dissappointed and my mum was going mad ... so she is for taking it back and seeing wat is wrong wiv it ..

I've been using the Cookie for over 3 weeks and I'm quite happy with it. The battery is ok and the touchscreen-quality is also quite good. When you flip your phone the Qwerty-keyboard appears, this can be annoying, but the most annoying thing on the phone to me is that when you want to send a message to a contact, the button to lookup your contact is fucking waaaaay to small (yes even if you have very small fingers) and I have to use the stylo every fucking time! Can this be changed in a software update???

I found the batter as OKAY; it's actually not bad.
Someone here said that it only last a day; I disagree. Mine is onto its 2nd day (LOL); it's still looking like it hasn't lost charge.
Mobile Batteries just makes me think about my SE again. LOL. I miss my SE; it's a known fact anyway that SE's been the top @ if u talk about batteries. But, I do have 2 regard that they did make some devices that eats out battery charge like its a cookie. LOL.
Anyway, yeah.. battery's good in LG KP500.

just got my Lg cookie, had to retire my 3yr old razor. so far no issues with rebooting, dictionary is great! great for predictive text. keyboard format is ok, but hand writing recognition wants certain strokes to be followed but no problem after awhile. camera, video is a big leap from my old phone enjoying large screen! wishing screen was made of scratch resistant glass...only downside for me

LG when are you going to release this phone in Saudi Arabia? I want to have this phone, and I have been waiting like forever. Usually, any phone brand/model is almost simultaneously available in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. How come this phone is still not available here? I am already salivating to have this phone :-)

Kay, 20 Jan 2009Hi im planning to get a LG Cookie, Do we have any option to change the menu background colour... moreRight, in order to do this, you first click on the blue icon on the home screen with the finger and four circles next click on the gear icon which is settings, then choose screen settings and then wallpaper. Hope this helps Kay. By the way, have you had any rebooting problems?
