I have owned this phone for two days now. It is definitely the best phone I have ever owned. Buy an 8GB MicroSD card and this becomes an iPhone beater. It has an accelerometer, so rotating the device ninety degrees switches automatically to gorgeous widescreen. Youtube videos buffer quickly and play perfectly. You can set an MP3 as a message tone, a feature not found in many phones. Battery life is simply awesome given the 3" touchscreen. Even on the lowest brightness setting the screen still looks gorgeous. A stylus is included which slots neatly into the bottom of the phone. Although light and flimsy looking, this phone is a tough little thing, easily able to withstand a few knocks or bumping around in my pocket. A screen-cover was included in the box (nice extra touch, LG)
If you're looking for a new phone with touch capabilities, then the LG Cookie is perfect without breaking the bank. It has all the features that the iPhone should have had (bluetooth modem and video capture,anyone?) and is more attractive and much less pricey.

Hi, could anyone who owns this phone tell me how long it takes for it to take a picture? As in when you hold down the camera button is it as annoying as my Samsung U600 that takes 5 seconds to take a picture? Thanks

Many thanks to all who have provided info re this phone. However, please can anyone tell me if it has a facility to write Notes (like Nokia phones, and my current W960i)?
Also, is it possible to create individual folders and save both sent and received text messages to them, rather that just having them clogging up the Sent and Received boxes?
