I tried to reformat my internal memory because it has many songs in it that cannot be played anymore. It says, "File does not exist, exiting" everytime I choose these songs. But even after I reformat it, these songs are still in my ALL TRACKS (and I really hate it..) It seems like reformatting my phone does not working... AND I REALLY NEED HELP..please..

Cookie cannot support whatsapp. It is not a smartphone. I reccomend you buy yourself another phone. Try the sony ericsson xperia range. It is nice.

I have a LG KP 500 but isn't so nice the touchscreen, because now i have ios3 on my kp500.I have just 12 apps i cant get all!:|

My least favorite phone. That being said, the standard was set quite high from the start.
It might be that the KP500 (Or Soggy-Cookie as I came to call it after it drowned in a mostly non-deliberate way) I owned was a dud of some sort. Perhaps the QC in charge of my phone on the assembly line was feeling under the weather, and missed some of it's little foibles. Whatever the case may be, my Soggy-Cookie was buggy, it lagged, closed applications at random (or as memory ran out) dropped calls, refused to unlock, but worst of all...the unresponsive screen. As it aged, within six months, the screen was so scratched by the little stylus that the entire left side of the screen was dull. The customization of the menus were very limited, and as far as I could determine (I admit I didn't search for more than an hour) there weren't any widgets to download.
I'm done with the bashing. What I did like was the following:
The battery life was fair; the volume of it's speaker was actually quite impressive; menu structure was logical and very easy to understand; Bluetooth pairing was so simple a toddler could figure it out; the stylus tucked away neatly at the bottom of the phone and the buttons felt of a reasonable quality. Camera was ok too.
See, not all bad.
LG, I'm still a very big fan of all of your slim phones. They fit into the pockets of skinny jeans better than any other brand I have come across.
