I always Loved LG Mobile's... and this one is awesome... Is fast, good image quality, easy menu, good camera.... I only dislike the missing feature of the Fav contact for sms as al my previous LG had before

the touch sensitivity in my LG KP500 cookie mobile is lost. how do i resolve the issue. I cannot access any applications due to the same. i cam only attend calls and call the last called or dialled number.
