you can download files only upto 300kb using wap... :(
the camera is pretty good.. its got a dashing cool style, the vandyke brown colour is awesome.. the touch censor is not good anyway.. no good games.. i bought this fone and used it only for 2.5 months and sold it with a loss of 4000PKR

kp500 is a mid level fone. Its a user friendly and budget friendly device. This is great for those who wanted to have an affordable touch phone but great in performance. if some of you are having problems with this unit then update your firmware. as for me im having a great time with this device. as for some of you who are having problems my advice is update your firmware. this is a great device at a low price. Im happy with my cookie. GOd bless!!! YEAH!

I think first time lg create a very good mobile for people n lg cookie is problem free mobile. Opera mini browser is perfect for cookie n i use cookie like n pc. Cookies video play is mindblowing n video play is same like n95, audio quality is good in ear phone but cookie have poor battery, otherwise cookie great multi task mobile n cookie mean all is well. Lg u just 1 improve to ur touchsreen mobile need, the heavy battery n when it's done, ur touchscreen mobile capture the market. I tell u lg, that ur mobile's r not good reputation in india market but cookie is fill up ur reputation slowly. So lg plz improve ur mobile battery back up.. Lg cookie is truely ROCK. (sorry for my english)

Good user friendly interface, good messaging, good email - easy set up, auto email retrieval, good music,good touchscreen, Good QWERTY(touchscreen), good sms, Camera OK, Battery OK,PC-Suite Ok. Gave two scratch resisitance films and 1 gb.Substantial features for the price great Value for money.

Austin, 01 Feb 2010Does this phone have a flight mode, or alternatively can you use it without a SIM card inserted ?yup you can still use the kp500 even w/o sim. i also think it supports flight mode. this phone really rocks!!! hahaha! i'm enjoying this phone everyday!!!

I've been using this mobile unit since December 2009 and I didn't encounter any problem. I believe the camera resolution is good compared to the 3.2 megapixel camera of my Nokia 5800 XM, though it doesn't have a flash. I could use it for 2 days, even with the normal phone usage plus whole day of listening to radio. I love the multitasking option too. The shortcut menus are very helpful. You can also download additional games and applications that work well. So with respect to its cost, I would say this unit is great.

Im so happy with this phone!!! Even when i was using the previous firmware of this phone i was satisfied. But when i updated the firmware of this phone it just got better!! Hahahaha! I'm loving this phone over and over again!!! YEAH!!! I put some music videos in it and when i'm out i watch the videos and the playback and sound is great!!! LG thanks for this wonderful device!!! YEAH!!!
