majid, 31 Jan 2010Is there any software to install on cookie wich enables it to play vga videos?i think there are some java apps that can make your mobile play any video format. i think its smart movie something hehe i forgot. i got one installed on my nokia n70 before. juts look for it in the net.

I have mine since 2-3 months and it working fine. I am really impress by this device. And paid only 179$ cnd to get it.
I can't figured how some people are experiencing a lack of speed with this device. Mine, respond very quick each times i open an apps.

anonymous, 30 Jan 2010does it always take long to send messages??the cookie doesn't slow down when sending text messages. if you are experiencing this problem might as well check if you have a good network signal.

Cool, the response is fast and great features! If you don't really have a big budget in buying a classy touchy-screen, the Cookie is for you! It's much more elegant to look at rather than the others. I'm being with my own cookie for 3months, oh well, as I can say. No problemos!

Anonymous, 29 Jan 2010i am planning to have this phone (kp500). i did a research and as far as i check...its really ... moreyup!!! that's correct!! any phone can break or reduce its performance if you treat it like trash. hahaha! kp500 one of the best touch phones out there. so go grab a bite!! COOKIE!!!!

the kp500 is a great phone. if you can live w/o wifi and 3g then this is for you. any phone has its cons but the life of the mobile depends on the user. well if you wont take care of your phone then it will not last long. no matter how expensive your phone if you dont know how to take good care of it then disaster will happen. hahaha! im a satisfied kp500 user. my kp500 touch response is so great. it doesn't shut down or restart like others say.

I want to buy this phone beacause i like its design very much but many people say its a very bad phone.Is there anyone having cookie for a long time without any problem?I have heared it restarts by itself.Is it a common problem in all cookies?

anonymous, 29 Jan 2010can somebody plz tell me how u receive messages and calls becuz i cant get anythinhave you tried asking your friends to try calling or texting you so that you can test it if you can recieve calls or text messages? or maybe the problem lies within your service provider? have you tried calling their tech department for advice? the kp500 can definitely recieve calls and text messages. maybe you accidentally pressed something there like the call barring. well try asking your network service provider.

SHERIN, 29 Jan 2010can some one please help... is there any way to play youtube on lg cookie... :-(i tried to play videos on youtube with the kp500 browser but it says it is not supported i wonder if trying to install other mobile browser like opera mini can give you support to watch youtube videos. but anyway, just play youtube on your desktop or laptop much better and it will not waste your kp500's battery life.

bor10ut, 28 Jan 2010maybe anybody know..how i save SMS on the primary-external memory??or maybe i save only 500 SM... morei think you can't save your messages in your micro sd card. i checked my unit and i tried to find if there is a menu where you can select the storage of your messages but i didn't find one. well i think the capacity of this phone in storing messages is very ok. its a good thing i have this phone. yeah! Rock on!
