Please help...desperstly need to... morei saw your post asking how to clear the browsing history of kp500. well just go to utilities then go to browser then go to history then when you open the history menu touch the sub menu located on the upper left of your screen then touch clear history. i hope i helped you. why is it some people experience slow functionality for this phone? i am a kp500 user and i don't have any problems with my unit. maybe you guys are keep pressing the screen. haha! i don't have any problems with my kp500. its a great mobile partner. im satisfied with these phone. if you can live without wifi and 3g and you want a responsive touch phone then go grab a bite the kp500 cookie is just for you. I bought this phone 3 weeks ago I charged the phone over night like it said but the phone won't hold charge for more than 8 hours the phone shop I bought it from won't help me cause i lost my sales docket.

This phone is crap. i used it for less than 8 months and the touch screen has frozen permanently. i cant dial number and have received messages for the past month of which i've not been able to read. It's very frustrating.
I loved it so much and treated it like a Godess, it was my all and for no reason it just wouldnt respond to anything. i wont recommend it for anybody.
The phone is as nice as i had it but for now, it is useless.
