i have had this phone for 3 months and i have never been happier...
its better than the samsung phones now-a-days.
i have had not one problem with it.
its an awesome phone and i recomend it to anyone that loves to chat...
so what if the camera has no flash thats what digital cameras are for...a cell phone is not a digital camera.
obviously if you handle the phone with no care its gonna switch off and its gonna give you problems...
i think its a great phone and there is nothing wrong with the phone its fantastic.
the best money i have ever spent on a phone...

I've only been using this phone for 4 months, and the LCD screen is already broken! When the slide is push all the way up the screen is blank and when taking pictures, the screen is also blank. I emailed LG last week, and upto now, no response! tsk tsk tsk.. i think i'll be going back to Sony ericson now...

I work at a phone shop and I even had to send my own lg ks360 away to the technicians!! its the number one phone sent away for repair! complete Sh*it!! freezes turns off, lcd issues- fuzzy screen, etc.

im getting a new phone and my first option was this phone the chatterbox but i dont want a phone that will last me 3-6 months coz that would be a waste of time so my queston is is it senseable to spend my money on this please help b4 its too late?!?!?!

how do i get mxit to work properly and what is teh best version to use as my emoticons are all screwed up and the mxit sign blocks most of my letters so i cant read messages properly

hey guyz firstly for all those people who want to bu this phone i would pretty much say its up to you cause i have about three in all colours an its an nice phone it has good internet acess a keyboard is cool an ect.But the down side of this phone is speaker on the back so like when u put ur phone down face up it sounds block then wen u enter ur inbox to go down it reacts slow so i give it 50/100

I need any software this phone might have, some kind of pc suite would be nice, i already tried searching the LG website and found it like searching for a piece of hay in a huge stack of needles. btw i think the phone kicks bottom!

this is the best phone ive ever had. and its lasted me for over 6months and i still have it!
you people that complain, well its just YOUR phone.
you obviously dont look after it well, and even if you do, even the best of phones break from time to time. its just what happens. stop putting other people off one of the best phones ive ever had!

This phone is terrible. This is the email I sent to LG:
Complaint: LG KS360 Mobile Phone
I bought the LG KS360 mobile phone and was immensely disappointed with the product. The dummy phone appealed to me initially but gave no indication of the phone's functionality.
There are massive flaws in the software design.
Half of my Java applications won't run properly on the phone since there is no exclusive numeric keypad (in these applications, the numeric keypad area doesn't become active after first pressing the "function" key except temporarily whilst entering data into a text-box).
When you slide the phone open, there's no button for the middle selection menu (you have to use the button on the side). This flaw in the design makes no sense to me when the phone has touch-screen capability.
The key-pad should have slid out on the opposite side... most people are right-handed and the cursor keys are positioned awkwardly on the left side when the phone is in it's functional position.
The speaker opening (for the alarm and ring-tone) is at the back of the phone. The sound is completely muffled when the phone rings whilst placed on a flat surface.
I don't see the point of selecting a "writing language if there's no form of spell-check or predictive text.
When at the end of a text message, pressing the right cursor just adds spaces instead of moving the cursor back to the beginning of the message.
The keys are extremely difficult to press (often you have to press really hard for them to register). The ear-phones are uncomfortable... in fact I have very few positive things to say about the phone.
The novel features don't improve (and sometimes compromise) functionality.
Given these basic flaws, I would be reluctant to recommend this phone to anyone (and would be cautious to purchace another LG product).
I will unfortunately have to budget for a new mobile phone.
I appologise for being so critical but I think criticism can be used constructively.
