I gone through 2 of these fones witin 7days!!! ive never had problems with LG phones in the past but this phone is just crap!! keeps freezing and turning itself off...screen goes blurry...messages deleate evryday by themselves...does'nt tell me on the screen when i had a message,jus goes straight to inbox! when i dont have a message it ses on the screen that i do! had the exact same problems with both phones...goint back today to get a new phone...one agen!

the phone is not as great as u claim , i have one now for about 3 months and its giving me problems .... now the screen doesn't even want to caome on

Sbo, 19 Aug 2009True dat, its a sellout here in South Africa, but as a nerdy dude, i still feel this phone pro... moretru dat, this fone is very very slow. maybe a fast seller in SA but its performance is dissapointing. Even when u switch it on it takes tym.

Pls assist, my lg ks360 wont play music from my memory card. I was using this card on samsung e250 it plays music well in that fone. All my music is mp3.

Other users doesn't really know how to use it.. Does anyone really know and tries other features? Does it have document viewer (e.g. ms word, excel)? thanks..

Plse note that if an alarm is set, it will still sound even when the phone is on silent.

LG, 21 Aug 2009This phone looks great with its sliding out keyboard. It looks best in blue in my opinion. The... morethe 2MP cam, is just a number and the size quality of the picture it can capture.
there are phones who have the same MP with this one but the quality of capture aint great as this one...

its all hype, this phone is actually a piece of crap just like my samsung i200.. all i wanted was a Nokia 6220 but they don't have it here, i'd sell my left nut for it!

Hi,
bought this for my son who is starting Secondary school next month.
If the mobile goes of in class (ie used) it will be confiscated, how can it be switched off?
I tries the power button on front (red handset down) but then got service disconnect.
The only way I found to correct this (after 2 days) was to take the battery out.
