Very impressed with this phone. Works smoothly, has great features, and is aesthetically pleasing. The criticisms I had read before buying it were minor foibles (screen resolution, bla bla...); the biggest admittedly being the small internal memory; but all in all I am super-impressed with this handset. For the moderate to heavy user who doesn't want to spend a fortune, and use social media/internet/camera, etc.. don't even hesitate - I highly recommend it - well done LG!!!

How do I make a video call with this phone? I can't find this feature when I call as I did with other phones. (I have 3G and so has the recipient) Does it have this option?

can you load and install games such as fifa 14 , is it possible as it only has 1.5gb user avaiable and can it handle the game .Is the memory enough for some gaming and social media ?

it takes less than a minute to root this phone. just download the towelroot apk, install it and press "make it rain". that's it. to those of you asking how to turn on 3g, it's actually on by default, maybe you don't have 3g coverage in your area. anyway, you go into settings>tethering & networks>mobile networks>network mode. wcdma is 3g

Try towelroot. Watch it on youtube if you want to root your device.

It says that thos phone has 4GB of storage but it has only about 1.5 GB for user to use.It has a blocked boot loader so its hard to HARD RESET it. Overall the phone works good but it is also hard to root.
