angela, 08 Dec 2014Can you download more than 5 apps? Don't you have problem with 'not enough space'?Don't you see how absurd you sound ? I mean, 5 apps ?
JUST 5 APPs MAKES YOUR PHONE CRAWL ? There is around 4GB (3.87GB) to play with and unless your apps weigh more than 4GB combined, there is no way you'll run out of memory.
Good Troll BTW.
AnonD-336337, 11 Dec 2014sorry, the link to zerolemon - xtended battery, i gave u is

For exanmple, the USA site keeps the 'Optimus' tag while the Hong Kong site simply lists it as 'L90 Dual'
Interesting.
sorry, the link to zerolemon - xtended battery, i gave u is

1. Low resolution ( other phones provide... moreOk, I think the same person is writing all the bad reviews.
Seriously? Camera quality is poor? Go see the camera quality of MotoG, it is so grainy. The front cam is poor, I agree. But back cam is very high quality for 8MP.
Yes, no full HD. It is not even noticable unless you use a microscope.
So many good features at such a low price. Its a shame you still say it doesnt compare to a high end.
Anyway as someone said very detailed videos exist. If you didnt like, why buy?
It was no sudden surprise.
to randomly change each separate screen's wallpaper, install (Picasa for (or))Multipicture Live Wallpaper
if u like to c bigDate and bigTime, install DiGi Clock, then goto 'Scale and rotate' in setting menu
Lg L90 dual

When I open an app, it goes back to the home screen. I just got it new so I don't think I did something wrong. Does someone know how to fix this?
tip
because our lg l90 dual is unique. u can double touch ur screen at anytime to turn the screen on/off (without pressing powerbutton)
to activate it, goto
>System settings > General Tab > Gestures > Screen on/off
Here, some people have already begun working to port pure stock android 5.0 to our L90
Check this out,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l90/development/android-5-0-d415-t2949015
You read that ? This is about 'Android 5.0 Lollipop' ! Wish them luck people.
No device is perfect and by perfect, I mean, the definition of that very word. Everybody might not find what one is looking for in a particular device and L90 isn't an exception.
So, I happen to come across some questions and doubts regarding the L90 and because I own it (since August 2014), I can answer a few of them.
First off, I should make it very clear that the secondary camera sucks through and through. Nothing to write home about. I tried and tried and tried...then gave up. There is nothing you can do about it. So simply accept the fact and move on.
Next up is the complaints regarding the back camera. Let me inform you that the Moto G(2014) is L90's closest competitor(besides Grand 2 and Xperia M2). In the photography department, Moto G(2014) has a slight edge. This isn't a surprise because it took a whole year for Motorola to improve the original Moto G in that regard. You can find camera reviews for Moto G (2014) on YouTube but only someone by the name 'GeekyRanjit' has reviewed BOTH the phones so...you can have a direct comparison. Even GSMArena didn't consider it important to review the L90.
Damn you, GSMArena.
Then, we have this strange issue of downloading songs ? Really ? What...is...this ? You seriously need a tutorial on that and you are going to buy a smartphone ? Well, just for the sake of completeness, I'll walk you through it. Now though I don't know what exactly is your problem, but, I'll make a guess. The app you use to download probably downloads songs to your internal memory hogging up whatever space was left. You should know that KitKat doesn't allow you to access external memory so, nobody can do anything about except, well, Google of course. The only way to circumvent this block is to move up to the next level of customization, which begins with, Rooting.
Next topic involves the battery. You see I'm mighty impressed with LG for including a mammoth battery in such a budget phone. Don't believe me ? Then Google yourself. Not even some flagships top it. And that is...one of the most(if not the most) important factor that goes into making a great phone. I mean, this is a very good design choice and extremely practical one at that. Now the question regarding charge times is a common one so, I'll just give you my score: Around 3 hours is the time it takes to charge the L90 from 9% to 100%. Remember, it is more than a 2000mAh battery. Powers a non-HD screen and extremely power efficient CPU + GPU cores. That's why, it takes some time to charge but discharges slow enough to take you through one working day.
Finally, about the update. Look, I received 2 updates since August 2014 and though I'm still on 4.4.2, the software version has been updated to 'v10d-IND-XX'. There have been quite a few performance tweaks regarding apps (as stated in the upgrade), but I can tell that they haven't been fooling us, for I can see that some (rare)random reboots and hang-ups have ceased to exist since the upgrade. The Lollipop upgrade is a distant dream because no manufacturer(except Motorola) benefits itself by doing that. So, companies only upgrade either their flagships or extremely popular product lines. I just hope that they roll out at least a single upgrade. That's all. No surprises if they didn't.
Now if you wish to get a little more out of your device and are willing to work at it, then try going through this thread and take it from there. The first step begins with just this, Root.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2732311
Root, and get Lollipop by flashing CM.
And if you ever feel the need to take it to the service centre, there are ways to restore your device to its exact pristine form, just the way it was before getting the root.
Good Luck
