The website above shows the LG Optimus G performed better than the iPhone 5. I would like to point out that the LG Nexus 4 has the same processor (and chipset) and the same amount of RAM as the Optimus G.
Unknown, 16 Nov 2012Go for Samsung S3Mine was stolen 2 nights ago so now I think I'll go for Nexus. It's just so cheap. I still can't decide if it's an upgrade or downgrade though. I guess the Nexus will not have the popularity status as the S3 but it's still pretty cool.
I'm a pessimist so when I saw the price tag on this device I thought there must be a catch.
I honestly could only find one bad thing about it:
16GB is not very much. If I had one request to Nexus developers it would be to consider adding a card reader.
After looking at different benchmarks, it pretty much looks like the Nexus is faster than the S3 and iPhone 5. Graphics is also extremely good.
My Galaxy S3 was stolen 2 nights ago so I am looking for a cheaper alternative and this pretty much looks like it. And for almost a third of the price of the iPhone 5 (Because iPhone is very expensive where I'm from) I don't see any reason why not to go for the Nexus.
I'm not saying that it will replace my S3. But I think it's the best to go for at the moment.

Google is bend towards Western countries and dnt knw why is not introducing device store in other countries. Us,uk,jpn, spn. Google plz look beyond these countries. We are paying close 200$ more in other countries where as us uk enjoying quadcore nexus at sucha throw away price
SupermaN, 16 Nov 2012Is 4G LTE connectivity really matters? In which this phone doesn't support?Re: "4g lte missing" : It supports T-Mobile 4g (hspa+) at up to 42Mbps speeds (do you get those speeds on l.t.e.? probably not. Of course, realistically you probably won't get those speeds on t-mobile either. Also t-mobile with this phone (monthly 4g - i.e. prepaid) is only $30/month for unlimited data (5gb at 4g) - unlimited text - and 100 minutes voice. Hard to beat since you don't need a contract with this phone. I looked up AT&T's prices and they started somewhere north of $120/month i think.

Hardware given a longer life... without needing to root, hack, and put CM on there. That's user-friendliness.
