mobile junky, 31 Oct 2012I really dont believe that price will be 299$,349$. If that is so i am buying this lg product... moreIt is the real deal. You just need someone to buy it for / send it to you in the US Google Play and pay tax/shipping costs.
Checked the price on Google Play Germany yesterday, it says 299 EUR for 8 Gb version not 230 EUR like you say. :(
@Xavi the on screen buttons are jusf what the name says, they are apart of the software and dont take up much space. With mods done to the phone you can shrink and get rid of the nav bar completely
I really dont believe that price will be 299$,349$. If that is so i am buying this lg product for sure, But still its not convincing. Hope for the best. Frm india
Anonymous, 31 Oct 2012google is stating that the Nexus 4 has the Qualcomm Snapdragon(TM) S4 Pro and the S4 PRo is 1.... moreWell S4 Pro is running at "up to 1.7GHz" - so it can be lower than that too :)
Mdsr, 31 Oct 2012Amazing Price. Seems like a must have, especially for all those who like to keep mid range droids...A Great Pity for a fool,
who thought that the super features of this flagship smartphone LG nexus 4... as mid-end due to its affordable lower price tag.
Anonymous, 31 Oct 2012No radio? THAT'S A BAD JOKE!!! even my junk nokia n70 has it!But the radio is all that your junk had, so please shut up!
Alright, are the menu and back buttons part of the 4.7" screen or separate? This has been baffling me like. Like when they say 4.7" screen it is plus or minus the onscreen buttons. Someone help me coz that would mean the Optimus G has a larger screen and better for gaming.
i am thinking to buy sony xperia j ,but this nexus 4 at $349,i will wait , this is the "Father Of All Androids"
Very good phone n it will be awesome if its official release in India. And also Samsung release galaxy nexus before this phone release.
With a price tag starting from 299$ for the 8GB version and 349$ for the 16GB version, this can't get any better than this. I will surely buy it. And I'm so excited at this moment.
Anonymous, 31 Oct 2012HTC One X+ is an updated version of HTC One X...not a major update here, but a small one. Only... moreThis I accept. But my reasonings for stating it as a competing handset still hold. It is the most powerful Android handset offered by HTC. Thus, it will go up against the most powerful handsets offered by Samsung, Huawei and LG (Just for example, there are probably many more).
Within this, there will be the competition to see what is better. The Nexus fraternity has often been a tweaked version of a current phone (HTC Desire/Nexus, Samsung Galaxy S2/Samsung Galaxy Nexus, LG Optimus G, LG Nexus 4). So it is normal to batch them in with the UI tweaked handsets from manufacturers to see how it fares against them.
Is that 3 touch button is on hardware? Or its on display like other nexus. Can anyone make sure?? If the button is on hardware, the display shape looks ugly to me.
.....high-end flagship phone with the current fastest chipset Snapdragon S4 pro, latest platform JB 4.2,
4.7 inches HD screen with gorilla glass 2 protection etc. etc.....
pricing below Indian Rs 16,000/-(excluding tax) is unbelievable !
LG nexus 4 is certain to become the hottest topic till the successor arrived.
ikkie, 31 Oct 2012It is unfortunate that you never seemed to quite grasp the 'et al' bit at the end of my post. ... moreHTC One X+ is an updated version of HTC One X...not a major update here, but a small one. Only a 200 MHz difference can make it a better phone than the One X. And the One X isn't on the same level as Optimus G.
Anonymous, 31 Oct 2012One X+? Come on...did you forget about the Optimus G, the best phone on the market right now, ... moreIt is unfortunate that you never seemed to quite grasp the 'et al' bit at the end of my post. I don't really have time for listing every single phone there is that will compete with the LGN4, nor am I going to become a keyboard warrior.
As for the HTCOX+. How is that not a competitor? It is a high end Android handset.
Kindly please remove yourself from the saddle of your high horse. Every phone has a competitor.
