Nexus 5 should have these specs
5.2" display 1520X960 resolution (lower then G2)
Snapdragon 600 1.8GHz quad core krait 300
And price 299$ 16GB
Excellent Performance , Gaming experience Superb,Battery life OK,Voice Clean and Crisp,GPS locks in a Sec, Camera perfec
The only backlog when compared to other mobiles is that Nexus don't support extra memory slot and FM.The mobile got heated up quickly when playing high resolution games.
anand, 09 Sep 2013How come this phone does not have expandable memory option. This seems as a major drawback to me.After 25GB cloud storage no need to expandable card slot...with the amazing price 16GB 250USD (with vat+shipping -> not more than 278USD)

It's good value for the money we pay. I have used both Samsung and Sony smart phones. Compared to both this one is a good option for the money you pay.

I will rate this mobile as 5/5.
when i purchased it from themobilestore.in I was very confused about this phone. My main concern was whether i should go for this or should go for brand like samsung, apple or htc. than after reading reviews for google nexus 4 i decided to go for lg nexus 4. I was confused till the day i received my phone as i never used any LG and every one said LG has no past good service record but i booked this with mobile store as i thought the manufacturer is LG but all the features and hardware are recommended by Google.
themobilestore sent me many emails saying the product will be delayed and i called them up many times and there representatives are crap but finally i got some supervisor over there and he promised deleivering the product on time and i received the product on the estimated deleveiry date.
its been like 2 months i am using this phone and i am extremely satisfied.
the best feature is it gets upgraded to latest android version automatically. the battery is awesome. i watch one movie daily and listen too much songs daily with games and whatsapp+facebook but still its battery manages to last for atleast 1.5 day.
the touch is awesome and watching movie on this is amazing experience with mx player pro.
the look is far better than traditional samsung same looking mobile where they strech some model to launch the other one.
camera quality is amazing and never had any problem
in all i am extremely satisfied customer of lg nexus 4 and with themobilestore.in i got 15% cash back as well as i used my citibank credit card
go for it if you are planning to purchase this one
K4D14N, 07 Sep 2013Hi guys.
Gonna buy a phone next week but confused between Xperia SP & Nexus 4. Design-wis... moreAlso don't forget the Nexus 4 have 2gb of ram while the Sony have 1GB, it can make a difference in multitasking and not getting lags, additionally the Nexus running stock Android even less lags.
As for the screen I don't own recent Sony phones so I don't know, i heard they have problems with viewing angle. The viewing angle for the Nexus 4 is pretty decent, though not as good as AMOLED screen which is best for viewing angles.
K4D14N, 07 Sep 2013Hi guys.
Gonna buy a phone next week but confused between Xperia SP & Nexus 4. Design-wis... moreThe Xperia SP might be a good phone if you need microSD. For me Sony have good durability and good signals which is important, generally good audio too (headphone & speakers). It's Krait cpu while dualcore is fast.
The Nexus 4 signal is only average for me and battery life isn't that great, also it can get a hot on extended use and may become uncomfortable if you talk on the phone for a long time. And you will need some protection to not break the phone from drops. But for me I went with the Nexus 4 because in the end of the day software is what important, and you have a lot of software freedom when you have a Nexus. It's also a very premium looking phone, not plasticky. Do not count on Sony and other manufacturers that you will get future Android update, unless you go with Nexus.

K4D14N, 07 Sep 2013Hi guys. Gonna buy a phone next week but confused between Xperia SP & Nexus 4. Design-wis... moreif you want to buy phone just choose Moto x it has a good features without other phone.
Gonna buy a phone next week but confused between Xperia SP & Nexus 4. Design-wise, I like both these phones. Other than that, things that concern me most are listed below. Please help me select one of these phones or suggest any other option in this range, if any.
Xperia SP Pros over nexus:
1. Memory card slot vs no slot. Nexus has approx 12gb free memory but I think I need a bit more than this, so SP is ahead here.
2. Better battery i.e. 51 hrs rating vs 32 hrs.
3. SP is cheaper than nexus in my country-India (Rs. 20,999/- against Rs. 24,999/-)
Nexus pros over SP:
1. Fast OS updates which is important point for me. I think SP won't go further than 4.3
2. Better Chipset/CPU. Though, SP's Chipset/CPU will suffice for me as I'm just a casual gamer.
3. Maybe nexus has a slightly better screen as every tech review is complaining about the viewing angles in the screen of SP.
Again guys, please help me select one of these phones or suggest any other option in this range, if any.
