Anyone else concerned about the build quality of this phone's hardware?
I love the speed, and (of course) no bloatware, but the feel of this phone is like that of a moderate, mid-priced phone, at best.

Need some opinion for my Nexus 5. I just bought this device last month... The battery life is OK for the 1st month using it..If i went out to work at 8++AM, around evening at 6pm..still left around 30%.
But now, the battery will left 30% around 2++PM.
from what i noticed, got nothing to do with the camera usage than was a known issue before.
i only use whatsapp and FB during daytime...
Is this normal...or my device do have issue?
Anonymous, 15 May 2014Yes I also face the same problem some time, just switch off the phone when you face this issue... moreIt doesn't work when I do so. I sent the phone to LG but they couldn't fix it and are not convinced it's a faulty phone.

Samborac, 14 May 2014Camera and battery life are the bad site of this phoneI'm getting 31 hours on 3g with frequent IM, browsing, downloading and calling.
Its been 2 weeks since I got it from Amazon and its been brilliant. First of all, the battery is amazing. With normal 3g IM messaging, browsing, calIs its showing 45% battery (18 hours after charging). Its super smooth. No lag. Not a split second. The display is NOT WASHED OUT as you might have heard from critics. Its got very pleasant and comfortable to look at compared to the super bright and high contrast and over sharp Samsung and LG G2. The phone feels quite solid but I have got a case for it because I want to keep it flawless. Its a bit big even for my large hands but very manageable with two hands. The touch is ultra responsive. Ceramic buttons are solid and crisp. The sound quality with the stock player is very good. Speakers are not very loud but loud enough for my flats kitchen at least (its not a surround sound system, you know). All apps work fine. I got one crash but that was when I had downloaded some 3rd party theme. Just one though. I have solo launcher installed and it works flawlessly. Calling is loud and clear but a bit more low frequency addition would be nice. The stock camera is slow to focus though. I got camera360 instead and the photos are brilliant. Overall an amazing phone and worth every penny.

Since FDD band 3(1800MHz) auctioned in India and won by Reliance Jio and Airtel etc. So my Question is,Will FDD band 3 (1800MHz) work on Nexus 5?
dr gau, 14 May 2014am having confusion whether to buy nexus 5 or xperia z1..kindly review me abt thos.. Even though the Z1 have some nicer features than the Nexus 5, in my opinion they are not worth the price diferrence, and as a Sony Xperia user, I can tell you that Sony abandons supports for their phones quicker than its competitors, as a matter of fact I think they already told they'd leave the Z1 in the next upgrade, so, consider this, because with the Nexus 5 you have a powerful smartphone with direct support from Google, and support for a long time...Hope this will help you
Got a Nexsus 5 two months ago a started facing a problem after 2 weeks. Everytime I open the camera it doesn't work and "cannot connect to camera" pops up. Has anyone faced this problem or know a solution to it?
dr gau, 14 May 2014am having confusion whether to buy nexus 5 or xperia z1..kindly review me abt thos.. Z1 scores more in benchmarks but n5 is just as fast in reality. If micro SD and better camera and looks is a must then go for z1. If you hate bloatware, want to be the first to get updates and want an absolute bargain go for n5 - suggest 32gb version if you want more storage space.
