Can someone help me, I have my nexus 5 from the US. An dmy 3G and 4G don't work. I live in Belgium. Ideas?
I am one of the most unlucky man to buy Nexus 5. It is nothing but an useless handset I had ever heard in my lifetime. The system developed many snags in signing with my google account. Syncing my contacts failed and lost all contacts stored on my device. When I tried to sign to maps the system reports, " something has gone wrong. Try after some time". But the some time never ended. When I tried to sync the instrument, the system reports " Sync is currently experiencing problems and will be back shortly ", which never returned back. The support team provided some ideas but it didn't help. I mailed them again and could not solve the issues. I think Nexus 5 is the only device in the world which did not allow the user to copy the videos and photos from the device to any other storage like USB or laptop by connecting any cable. I had many photos and videos in my gallery. The support team mailed me that I can copy the photos and videos only if I have a SD card support on my device. Obviously, the nexus 5 does not support SD cards. Left helpless, with all pain and frustration, I made a factory data reset on my device, sacrificing all my contacts, photos and videos. Would the Nexus 5 had a USB support for data transfer, anybody can use the device with confidence.
Now considering the money spent in buying the device, I have decided to use the device only to make and receive phone calls and I am not ready to store any data in Nexus 5. Hence after factory reset, I have decided not to sign into the device using my google account. But, to use a device only for phone call calls, one need not invest such an amount and a simple handset costing a few hundred rupees is enough. Now I feel that I have done a great mistake by buying this Nexus 5. I must have opted for Iphone5 or Nokia Lumia or HTC or at least for Micromax.
