Oh, battery... A phone with this size can and must have more capacity battery.
I really really want it to have an IR Blaster.. please tell me I missed that spec
I don't care if it got a 2300mah battery and 8mp cam .what I care is the Soc,display and OS.And I am sure I will not be disappointed when the phone goes official and I will buy this one
Looks like this phone has a top level on price to performance ratio.
A 2300 mah battery too low for these beefy specs.the phone won't last a day. Need a beefier battery at least 3000 mahs..would buy it quick if the battery is upgraded.
Looks thick, and specs can be easily match by some high midrange phones. And not so appealing as the other nexus. This one is a junk.
I just hope it has removable battery option, and a microSD card slot like any other phones nowaday
I have the LG g2 and tell you what i am so impress and feel so happy !
Its the 32g version and battery is 3000mah! Its incredibly fast and smooth. Its the best cp i ever had ! I fail to see the point to get the nexus 5 except for the kitkat and the 3gb of ram ! I rather stick with my 3000 mah battery.also the store gave me a free lg case and a free power bank !
hope that the battery and 8mp cam is not true coz its not proper in this kind of fone. also it should hve an sd card slot...XD
Obviously these specs aren't right.. 8MP with 4128*3096 resolution?? Its 13MP resolution.. But i love the price of this product.. Very cheap and good build quality and especially updated by Google which would be awesome to have this phone..
Bouchang, 17 Oct 2013The specifications paired with the affordability of the Nexus range on release have always bee... moreGoogle will not include microSD slots for Nexus line of products because they would have to "pay" a license to microSD makers and the tecnology behind it. Google also refuses to have to do anything with MTP.
It has nothing got to do with customers and having something "easy", unless google treats its customers as imbeciles. I have a phone with microSD slot, no problem with that whatsoever.
What really pains me is the 2300 mAh nonremovable .battery.
My current phone has 2150 mAh battery and uses a custom rom, without it the battery is bad.
N5 on screen battery life will be bad.
It wount have 3gb ram. it will have 2gb ram & the camera will be 13mp.
4128 x 3096 pixels? Isn't it usually 3264x2448 pixels for an 8 MP camera?
can someone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of non-memory card slot and memory card slot for a phone?
When will the Nexus line have an internal storage more than 32 GB or when will it have a micro SD slot? That's the only thing that lacks with the Nexus line. Hopefully this will be the last Nexus that will have a 16 or 32 GB memory capacity. 128 GB of internal memory is the best! Or 64 GB as a minimum memory size will be more than enough for a very demanding market nowadays.
