ART, 12 Dec 2016im just wondering if google state the the android 7.1 will be starting to roll out dec 6, why ... moreHi, i am form Venezuela and i got 7.1.1 on december 5th. It's weird you didn't get it taking in thought that google rolls out its software updates all at once (i think). In previous installations i had to wait a few days or two weeks to get it, like samsung owners, because samsung delivers its software updates by groups but be sure you will be getting it soon
im just wondering if google state the the android 7.1 will be starting to roll out dec 6, why Iam not still getting this update today? my 5x is not rooted either. btw im from the philippines. any other thoughts as to why?
there cannot be much left storage after all these updates, I have considered this after Pixel too much expense so thinking of 5x. I would get 32gigs version but surely not much storage left.
Anyone received Android 7.1.1 OTA update?
Does that fix the battery drain which was in Android 7?
I find it much more, 09 Dec 2016annoying that you let such petty things bother youI get bothered when one's shared info can cause a harm to others. Though Battery life is subjective the ratio of power consumption by screen is not. I've noticed earlier I mean at Android 6 the battery consumption rate per minute of SOT at 50℅ brightness is 2.07mah on avg. Now it's 3mah. So u decide.
ZH, 09 Dec 2016I think before posting anything you should know where are u, don't post in 5x page about 6 /6p... moreannoying that you let such petty things bother you

Phone is faster apps load quick and no bootloop. Maybe you did not RESET after you took the Update. Also my signal has improved allot. So go for it
Guys, dont update to official Android 7.1.1 as it will deteriorate ur battery life by huge Margin. Stay at 7.0..I did updated mine I know it.
Again, for those who are thinking about boot loop issue, I saw a guy who didn't have this issue when updated to 7.0 but now after updating to 7.1.1 he is facing this..so if u fear a lot don't update ...now if u really wanna update its up to u
Got official android 7.1.1 last night.. Updating right now. Hope it goes well
shush_u, 08 Dec 2016How many people you know says "Hey, I got a Nexus 5X in (this) January" when it was in fact 12... moreNo, we all understood what he meant perfectly.
duh, 08 Dec 2016The phone has been out for a year. He meant last January, not in the future.
DuhHow many people you know says "Hey, I got a Nexus 5X in (this) January" when it was in fact 12 friggin months ago? LMFAO
At least he/she could have said it was January this year or 2016. This is not an English lesson. but usually when you say (this) doesn't it mean sometime in the future? ;)
shush_u, 07 Dec 2016It's not even January yet... LMFAO..... The phone has been out for a year. He meant last January, not in the future.
