I didn't know the hint of pressing the volume-down button to take a picture, nice! thank you for that info.
We all would like to have an sd card slot in this phone, but somehow Google want us to use their cloud services even if we don't. But that's not a problem, you can download 'airdroid' to your phone and easily transfer pictures, music, videos or files from/to your PC, you only need an internet connection/WiFi.
Regards,
Does it have Video Stabilization or something like Avoiding the Shaky videos?
I have Nexus 5x for almost two months. I'm very happy with it, it's fast and simple. I bought it because of camera (photos) and it's really good. There are no any manual controls on camera, all is automatic, but photos are really good, even in bad lighting. Phone have "only" 2GB of ram, but I didn't saw any problem with that, even when I load websites with ton of images, all is great. One of things this phone really need is some stabilization for video, optical or software. I like option of fast starting camera by pressing two times power button, and you can also shoot with volume down-up buttons, what is really practical when you drive bicycle or something like that and have just one hand "free" for phone. There are 3 modes for shooting, no HDR, HDR and HDR+. I don't know what is difference between HDR and HDR+, didn't see any diference in photos. But between no HDR and any HDR mode in lowlight photos, there are big difference. HDR photos have less noise and quality is better, but problem for me in this mode is that colors are too vibrant, and they have too much yellow tint. What I would like for sucessor, little smaller size of phone, maybe 4.8-5" screen, video stabilization any maybe slot for microSD card. Like this I need to transfer photos and videos every month or so to PC and to delete it from phohe, to have space for new one (I have 16GB version).
I bought IPhone 6s last year after it was released. Before that I used Nexus 4 for more than two years. I didn't wanted to buy iPhone but my Nexus 4 was broken so I had to. I just gave a try to iPhone so that I could evaluate it as I used to hear a lot about iPhone being called best phone. After my use of iPhone 6s for 8 months, I just got fed up with that because I realized and experienced myself that it's just a hype. You pay a lot and get nothing but an apple which already has a bite ;-). So I sold that iPhone 6s and bought Google Nexus 5X two months ago. According to my experience Google's Nexus phones are best and no one would regret buying it as I did that of iPhone 6s. Google Nexus phones are best smartphones.
At the last update some users noticed a performance hit that google has promised to fix at the next update. Has this been fixed?
Anonymous, 16 Jul 2016Which fast charger you use ? Hi Anonymous,
I use the original charger that came in the box to charge it in the office and my home, and for my car I purchased the Aukey CC-T6 36W 2 Port USB Car Charger, it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, you can look it up on Amazon it cost me $9.90, also you need to buy a Type-A to Type-C cable, so I purchased an Anker PowerLine USB-C to USB 2.0 also on Amazon ($8.99).
With this car charger you can charge 2 phones at the same time, but when you do that, you won't get fast charging, when there is only 1 phone charging, then you'll get fast charging. Either way, it's great to charge two devices at once.

Many thanks, you've given great tips and good information. I'm about to buy the nexus! But first many thanks :D
Thanks for suggestions . But heard that moto g4 plus has heating issues and nexus 5x has better camera.
Also my usage is lite to moderate and special for camera purpose.
And my budget is around 15000 so I think that the new nexus 2016 will not fit in it.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
Thanks

I wanted buy a new phone and I've searched almost every detail to limit the options. Gorilla glass was the reason I eliminated p9 lite. Nexus 5x is the best at its price tag, but in my country black color is less available->more expensive than white. (ps.finally got Htc m9 for 50€ more than nexus 5x)

Good to know you're becoming one of the big family of nexus owners, you won't regret purchasing a great phone!
Yeah, I did forgot to mention that part, thank to Anonymous fellow who pointed that out.
About the call drops, up to this day I haven't had any call drops in my carrier's network. Actually I was in Movistar but they couldn't handle LTE in my phone, so I moved to Cable&Wireless and I'm more than happy with LTE and good coverage.
I almost forgot... Even though your carrier say they support LTE (whichever band they use), double check the bands they use, and confirm if their LTE network support the N5X. As I told before, I was in Movistar before owning the N5X, Movistar's band is 28 (700), once I got the phone, it didn't connect to LTE, so I switched to Cable&Wireless (who offered LTE as well, at the same band 28 (700)), and the phone DID connect to LTE. You can purchase a prepaid sim of each carrier of your country and check which connect to LTE on this phone.

Thank you for your extensive reply. I think i'll go for the nexus! I dont use my phone very often, only for whats'app, calling, some e-mails and sometimes i make sport photos. Maybe if i've a new phone i will also try pokemon-go :P but it won't be like gaming 24/7.
The Huawei has 300mAh battery more than the nexus but i think that won't make a very big difference (3000mAh - 2700mAh). Because a iphone for example has 1500mAh.
The gorilla glass is also a plus.
I didn't notice the wide network bands, thank for this. I actually red that when you're calling the line drops sometimes. But i guess you don't have this problem?
Many thanks!
