roy, 06 Jun 2016what about dual front stereo speakers? does it have dual stereo speakers like htc, moto g2, mo... moreUnfortunately, it does not have dual speakers, even though it looks like it should. The top speaker is only for phone calls and the bottom speaker is only for media. Even with that short coming, it is still a great phone. I highly recommend it.

One of the best phone in this price range. this phone is lighting fast, the beat part is the speed of multitasking.. I've been using it for several months, very good screen and fantastic camera, Cool design, light weight, Finger print scanner is very fast and working good which makes it easy to secure your device, ...Budget friendly (got 16GB model here in Pakistan for approx. $270) smooth performance...no lags at all, Battery life is average and yes charging is very fast it takes 1 hr 30 mins to charge phone fully, I thoroughly recommend the phone.
It was going to be my next phone, but then I discovered it doesn't have the radio. The weirdest thing really... Now I have decide whether or not it's the dealbreaker; I don't listen to the radio a lot but sometimes I do and the omission seems really strange. And sad, I mean, the phone has a brilliant camera, screen and size...
One pathetic phone! The worst Android phone I have used...poorly built...had my original phone replaced...the second one turned out bad too....google really needs to step up with better products...I thought stock android would be neat...but LG disappoints...part of the blame is on Google too...Don't buy this phone.
Mohit, 02 Jun 2016Is it dual sim? LTE + LTE?No, it's single SIM LTE (depending on version H791 for global & H790 for USA, check your carrier's LTE bands to see which version is compatible)
Anonymous, 27 May 2016Should I get the 5x or the LG G4?Don't buy G4. Before making your decision do a research on G4 bootloop issue. I am a G4 burnt user.
I had the Nexus 6 last year & loved it. Upgraded to marshmallow was even better. Gave it the wife to use & she broke the screen....looked to replace the screen but is so expensive. I bought the Nexus 5x and am happy with it....until using Google maps....even with it plugged in with a charger in the car the battery just drains away. My only complaint with this phone...but since I use Google maps for work it's a headache. I have a Z3 Compact, now upgraded to Android 6.0.1. & is great. For a 2014 phone it's still brilliant but the screen is just too small for messaging / emailing....All in all fed up buying new phones
Anonymous, 30 May 2016There have been many reports that the phone stutters and lags alot , especially the camera app... moreIt actually doesn't, after the update everything works fine without lag or the camera so crashing!
There have been many reports that the phone stutters and lags alot , especially the camera app. Is this true?
I have been using Nexus 5X for a month and it is a great smartphone for average user but not for gamers. The front and back cameras is excellent. For the battery, I usually charged it twice a day and the fast charging isn't really fast where I need to fully charge it for 2 hours from 0%. Overall it's a great smartphone for its price. I recommended those who want to buy this phone to use a screen protector because mine got scratch for just a small drop.
