Anonymous, 09 May 2016Thank you for the reply,
Seems you have charged the phone switched off for 8 hours. As i kn... more1st charrgeing, all my new devices the whole night.. laptop, mpr, mobile phone... UPS :)
So.. I understand the fast cahrger.. but.. does the charger switch off when the battery is full? I think yes... So where is the problem charging all devices the whole night ?
I do not know how it takes how many percent od 10 minutes charging.. but.. from 90-100% charging it is very long.. about 30 minutes. When it stays "100% - charging" the battery is NOT full. It must be "100% - Full".
I m confused between lg g4 nd nexus 5x one thing is that i m not too keem on big size and want good camera and overall stability pls suggest guys
PaperGun, 10 May 2016For my opinion, 1. LG Nexus 5X 2. LG G3 3. Galaxy A5 2016I would agree, the LG G3 is good but the screen is bad outdoors and it was a big device for me.. The new Nexus are due in October but that is while off . I chose Nexus just to get rid of all the junk bloatware it as simple as that even though admit some skins on all the big brands do add useful functions.
Anonymous, 10 May 2016What about the battery life or the performance? For me, both good. Not the same league as top of line phones, but work well, without lags and good (not outstanding) battery life.
hey i have owned the lg g3 for a year. loved the phone camera is nice. since a week i have the nexus 5x ( had to get a new one because g3 was stolen) and this phone is about the same. i HATE THE USB C connector because i hAve no cABLES. and the fact that there is no sd slot. it just comes to preference. what do you think is more important. fingerprint reader vs instant updates. enz enz
So I'm choosing between 3 devices. Nexus 5X, LG G3 , Galaxy A5 2016. Both LGs are at the same price while the A5 is like 50$ more expensive. So which one should I get and why?

As i kn... moreHi, I got my N5x 32GB with 80% of the battery as well, I set it all up, and played a little with it until it reached like 10%, then put it to charge to 100%, it took no more than 2 hours and never turned it off. I've never put it to charge while off, and the phone still works fine.
I recently purchased Nexus 5x. Now my problem is if my phone reaches 39celcius of CPU heat, it says no sim card. After restart my phone it detect my sim. Friends what do to
AnonD-303084, 08 May 2016hey guys i need some advice, i have a 16gb G3 and i'm planning to change for a 16gb nexus 5x. ... moreBoth are totally different devices. Nexus is just for pure android experience. Many dont like it.
I was in the same dilemma when I was purchasing lg g2 and nexus 5. I brought G2, it is still running good but dont expect software update and best is to never update if you want the phone to retain the initial performance level.
Now after 3 years , I am again in similar dilemma like you whether to buy nexus 5x or lg g4.
I just use mobile to take pictures and travel between different countries , I preferred Nexus 5x 791 version over G4. G2 and G4 dont have all the bands for different countries and come with so many versions . With the 16GB Nexus 5x selling for around $260, there was nothing to think about and I opted for a patriot usb c 64GB pendrive for $23 to complete my purchase

Seems you have charged the phone switched off for 8 hours. As i know that's the normal time duration to charge a conventional phone. But with 5X fast charging and all those do we have to plug it that long. Some say 10 mints charge and 4 hours use, so do you really thing it is good to charge 8 hours?
hey guys i need some advice, i have a 16gb G3 and i'm planning to change for a 16gb nexus 5x. do you think it is a good deal?
Google I/O keynote is scheduled for 18-20th May so not long now. We will get next Android release and name plus then is countdown to new 2016 Nexi .
They have to go 64GB minimum this year because it is needed, it is right thing to do and people on 2 year contracts need extra space for updates and normal everyday things that use space.
It should be 4GB RAM as these Nexi will be here till October 2017 and LG,Sony,Samsung releases new phones in early 2017 may go to 6GB RAM. I don't know if any new processors are due out so I suppose they will use Snapdragon 820 .
Oh and keep it at 4.9-5.2 inches max screen size.
Edmfan, 08 May 2016Hi guys! I really need your help ,
I am planning on purchasing a Nexus 5X but i just have a q... moreNo.
My 32gb Nexus has 24.89gb spare so if we deuce a further 16gb you will have only 8-9GB spare for apps, music photos,,,BUT,, if this is going to last you 2 years just think of all updates to come and photos you will take you will be disappointed that you got 16gb model.
I find it a joke and that includes iPhone that they release 16gb models in 2015 even if they do have card slot it is still pure greed when memory is dirt cheap.
Hi guys! I really need your help ,
I am planning on purchasing a Nexus 5X but i just have a question regarding the memory . It does not have a card slot and i listen to a lot of music and store many photos. Will 16GB be enough for this purpose? Because applications and updates will also eat into the memory.
