Bilo, 04 Oct 2015Guys I don't see anyone commenting on the 2GB RAM, Really Bad, the Original Nexus 5 which was ... moreI am sure LG will have tested this with 3GB RAM and found no increase in performance so left it out,,also maximum of 32GB storage means less files loaded into RAM. If this was 64/128 GB of storage it is possible that all that storage is music so multi amounts of files will be loaded into RAM . That is what I have heard and not in anyway knowlegible to know if it is true.

Guys I don't see anyone commenting on the 2GB RAM, Really Bad, the Original Nexus 5 which was launched back in 2013 had 2GB , which was competitive, now in 2015 The Samsung Note 5 & Galaxy Edge Plus both have 4 GB, and other Android Phones are selling 3GB including Sony Xperia Z5 & S6 , what the Hell Google ? Really 2GB ?

All this battery arguments (it is 2015) would be solved with putting a decent battery in.

Right they give us fast charge as excuse for these phones well when I am out at an event where do I charge I have no car, ok some will say bring a charger and find a powerpoint well there is none at any events. Some will say by a power pack and charge, well if I am having to bring a power pack I may as well put up with carrying phone with big battery in first place.. Even If I can get to a mains supply I still have to bring a mains supply charger along.

These lithium polymer battery are pretty slim and small if 1.5mm depth to a smartphone brings extra 3-400 mA then do it.Usually I bring extra battery for events fully charged and just swap it out so back to 100% charge in under 5 minutes but oh no they are sealing battery in these days.

So they excuses don't wash with me just a compromise still in 2015.

AnonD-406254, 03 Oct 2015Why doesn't have the new 5X Qi -Wireless charging ?? :(Over on XDA the Nexus team answered some questions regarding this. They justified it by saying that the combination of reversible USB type C and Fast Charging made wireless charging much less important. They saw wireless charging as a necessary feature on phones with Micro USB because figuring out which way up to put the cable in was super annoying. I can see where they are coming from - trying to connect a Micro USB in a dark room is a pain!
