AnonD-406254, 03 Oct 2015Why doesn't have the new 5X Qi -Wireless charging ?? :(Over on XDA the Nexus team answered some questions regarding this. They justified it by saying that the combination of reversible USB type C and Fast Charging made wireless charging much less important. They saw wireless charging as a necessary feature on phones with Micro USB because figuring out which way up to put the cable in was super annoying. I can see where they are coming from - trying to connect a Micro USB in a dark room is a pain!

Google did own Motorola but sold it to Lenovo late last year. Moto X Style does look pretty slick though. Shame about lack of finger print sensor.

5x is a better choice than the galaxy a8 mainly due to one reason....... Stock android.
Although touchwiz offers more features it can get slow sometimes. Also it might not receive software updates after a year or so....

overall, my impressions from this device are like "meh". At first the design is not impressive, nothing is here to be proud of, about the hardware nothing to talk about, I would like to see there Helio X20, or maybe 4 GB of RAM. The only thing is the software updates, that's the main goal for having this handset .

Missing Qi compatibility, also comes only with USB type c to USB type c cable,highly overpriced in EU.

i think the battery is not that bad because they are using Li-Po . Li-Po batteries are 2x than Li-ion batteries. but the other specs are not that good though.
