This phone should have a gps like this already huh, I don't have to install another one?

gerald_philippines, 12 Oct 2012I have initially updated to v10c and now v10e but the batterydrains in about every10minutes. either your battery is broken or your firmware flash went wring.

try reflashing the firmware maby something went wrong with the battery indicator calibration.

make sure the bettery is FULL this time and you have the charger on so it see the battery as completely full and the indicator should work better.
one of the ''flaws'' in android is that it can show the battery as empty even tho its not and it just refused to boot up then even tho there is enough juice in the battery.
it measures voltages to show battery stats and if this is wrong from the start it might not see the battery as full correctly.

AnonD-71868, 12 Oct 2012I have a question. Using the GPS implies additional costs?the gps use itself is FREE however if you use google maps to navigate you will have to pay for your data plan to load the maps.
and if your data plan is really slow maps arent loaded on time.but theres plenty fo ther software outthere thats free and usable and doesnt require data.

What a shock to receive OTA update from LG:

        New software version:
        V10e-SEP-25-2012
        (35.39MB)

Why I said this LG P880 is not a good phone, another example I've to share with potential buyer(s)...I downloaded Temple Run from App. store, then played the game - the screen is either too sensitive or too stupid at times. When I swipe left or right, or up & down, it just won't always act exactly according to my swipe instructions, which is frustrating. I really want to proof to myself that it's the problem with the phone; and not my own, so I downloaded the same game to my Samsung GS3 and also my Galaxy Note to get the answer. AND the finding is that I DO NOT ENCOUNTER THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE OTHER 2 SAMSUNG PHONES! ...I used to play this same game in my iPhone 4, and Temple Run play best in that Apple phone. Can't imagine how well will this game play on the iPhone 5, but definitely sucks on the P880!

Hi, everybody. I have this phone for about a month now, and everything is just perfect except one tiny thing, that can be really annoying.

When I need to make a call, the screen goes black thanks to proximity sensors, just as it should be. But, when I am done talking, the screen doesn't wake up?! So I cannot end a call, until it ends itself somehow, few moment later, and only then I am able to unlock the phone and use it. Any suggestions? Anyone experienced something similar?

                                    Thanks.
