Happy to see that my optimus 2x has been upgraded to optimus 4x. I will definately buy this phone. As the build quality of high end LG phones is good compare to plastic of samsung. I luv my optimus 2x more than my galaxy s2.

LG always lunch the phones before Samsung does so Samsung has to do it "better". You say you can't compare the S2 with Optimus 4X, so you must do the same when S3 appears within one, two, three months. If the phone comes late it will have to be better.

It can be Penta-Core for all I care... It's an LG unfortunately... I've had all kinds of phones, two of them LG, worst ones... Lame design, bad materials, extremely short Battery life and... on top of all, the worst version of Android ever put on a phone...

Quad core_1.5Ghz? With such seamless ability, the specs should b way off the hook! The proccessor should have been balanced with its other abilities,+ at least a 4000mAh battery!

kerry, 26 Feb 2012it has four (quad) processors instead of two (dual).. Actually, if you want to be technical, it's a Penta-Core. A quad-core architecture with a fifth companion core for low power tasks such as music and phone calls, mostly used when the screen is off.

God, now quad core so what? they still gonna lack behind when Samsung or apple comes out with their quad core phones too. The only LG phones that successfull I could remember is the Lollipop phone, the rest just sux..
