and so far JB is a DOWNGRADE not a upgrade.
it drains battery faster and the lg rom can NOT become smoother.

Hey Pino, if you are using LG Gearbox, it does not require root access. It's the one I'm using at present.

since android 4.0 they screwed up the linking to sd cards for app data and i think they did this on purpase i just dont understand why as its easy for say lg to fix it they just refuse to.
therefore they are useless for everything other the storing photos and video's.

how about if i just read pdf and jpeg files (... morethat sound reasonable for sure.
and yes documents are razo sharp due to the high resolution.

on top of that people should just stop crying about heating its normal and not even irritating inless the buggers try to cool their cola with the phone which isnt smart to begin with.

so once more the blame is with the app not the phone.
the phone doesnt heat while watching full hd movies even and even if it does its no problem its normal NORMAL I SAY.
and the speaker is just great its stupidly loud and clear if this isnt good enough for you buy some portable speakers as your starting to become deaf :)

For heating issues:
Install LG Gearbox (or SetCPU- whatever app which gives you control over the cpu clockspeed & over the cores) and downclock it to 1 GHZ instead of 1.5 GHZ (I didn't shut down any cores- all four of them were functional).
I found that the O4X runs cooler than before. Downclocking to 1 GHZ didn't seem to affect the overall performance- even in gaming.
The only game that lags for me is GTA3- but I think that it's because I'm playing an older version.

Anonymous, 17 Feb 2013When I play Batman The Dark Knight Rises it lags like hell. What could be the problem? And I s... morewel i just went illigal and pirated the game for you to test it out and my conclusion is that its not supersmooth but it seems a little glitchy.
some parts are real smooth some parts it hangs a second.
the version i tested was 1.1.2
i guess the defs have some work left on this game for sure.
if they dont fix it fast id demand a refund as suggested earlyer.

AnonD-108056, 18 Feb 2013Problem is the tegra chipset no the problem is either to many crap running on the background and/or to many cached apps or the gaker of the game.
its so easy to blame the tegra chipset while its up to the defs to make it work.
its a payed game and a far from cheap one therefore defs need to make it word if its truely not working.
i dont own it so i cant test but it either works and your phone is messed up or it doesnt and the fevs need to give you your money back because they failed at making a proper app.
