I was very exited about the G, but no card slot means its not an option. LG was one of the last manufacturers i expected would do that, now even Sony is consequently using card slots on ALL their Xperia phones, they learned their lession alreay, and the lession was that people dont buy phones without a card slot, even if the phone has 32GB internal storage like the Xperia S. Same goes for the Optimus G, theres NO REASON AT ALL to NOT have a card slot. So where is the card slot???
Dont compare to Samsung coz Samsung make complete phones that people actually want to buy.

In the first place, you don't need your screen to be that big as on Note, 4.7" is too big already. The camera on Note is 8 MP, LG's camera is 13 MP. Note's hardware is kinda old, the LG is packed with the latest Snapdragon Krait chipset, which is the best on the market right now, until Nvidia will launch Tegra 4 next year in January or February.
So stop comparing LG with Samsung.

Hello everybody.This phone could be the best of all maybe,but Lg has failed.I just unable to understand,why cant I use an SD-card to expand the memory?!?Who had this idea at Lg,that 32 Gb internal memory is enough for a superphone like this one?!?How do they think,that they can compete against Samsung,for example?!?If I buy an Sgs3,or a Galaxy Note 2,I can have 128 Gb memory in any of them.I was planning to buy this phone,but I wont,cause I will buy the Note 2,which is the same high-end phone like this,but I ll get 128 Gb memory,not 32 Gb,for the same prize.Congratulations for LG,because of this non-expandable memory,for their flagship phone!

The biggest disappointment would be no microSD slot, radio TBD and worst build in battery. which i personally feel that LG should take that into consideration. 32G is not enuff to support HD 1080 video recording..

I am done with LG phones. They are quick at releasing new hardware but dont update The OS regularly. first to have dual core phone (P990) and it still runs Gingerbread 2.3.4, no official update yet on ICS ( never mind JB ).
It will be nice if LG took care of its existing customers. Already switched to Samsung who know about customer service and how to keep a customer base.

...My biggest interest is the specifications and the snapdragon S4 pro, Quad-Krait and 2GB RAM. I will buy this phone, come whatever may. I use Galaxy Note but weight, size and short batter life has discouraged me to the highly hyped Note II. I want try another brand, until I get what I deserve.

Why sell a cheap SD card when you can sell a cloud service for a monthly fee?

Anonymous, 01 Oct 2012maybe its a simcard slot or maybe ur right if the battry door is removableThis is a sim card slot.The battery cover is not removable and there is no microSD card slot.If you do not mind read the LG's press release for the Optimus G,in which they mention all the specs of the phone.

Is simultaneous video recording and snap taking is provided in this smartphone.Samsung galaxy s3 and iPhone 5 have this feature.So please anybody clear about it.
