awesum phone...
much faster, good battery, superb design.
i am just blown by quad core 1.5ghz processor and 2 gb ram.
lg please promote it to give tough competition to samsung and apple..
surely it can win battle for u..

No matter what the specs. No lg for me. I own lg O2x and I am shocked by lg's negligence of their flagship phones when it comes to releasing updates.
Same thing is going to happen with this optimus G, LG will neglect this phone after releasing.
Let's teach a lesson to LG, don't buy this phone.

ok no matter how many ram you put in those androids ram eaters... wp will alwais be faster... my next phone will be the nokia 920... sorry android im sick of waiting a nice experience
nokia 920, better screen, better camera, better gps, better design, better quality, and obviously faster. its a no brainer.

I assume that this phone has the thinnest bezel out there, design is perfect. Iphone5 looks like a toy when put sided by side with LG Optimus G.

1. Carrying a spare battery (or two) on a trip.
2. If the phone gets wet, taking the battery out RIGHT AWAY to save the phone from dying. My brother in law repairs cell phones and you wouldn't believe how many wet iPhones he had to save. As well as cracked ones, but that's another story.

hello,everybody.l own iphone3gs,galaxy s3.and htc raider and Lg L7.l think Lg is better for me.But this company do not know how to promote their product.that why LG cell phone can not successful.Samsung and apple are better to promote their products.

Just sh... moreMay be Samsung is copying lg for example lg is the 1st to launch a quad core phone. if you look the timeline of phone Lg is somehow always the 1st if (I'm not mistaken?) 1st dual core, 1st 3d, and now the 1st quadcore. come to think of its Maybe Samsung is waiting for the design of Lg? to base what phone samsung will release?

• Live Zooming enhances the video-watching experience as users can zoom in up to five times while the video is being streamed for a close-up of one’s child while watching a recorded video from a school recital;
• Dual Screen Dual Play not only allows mirroring between the smartphone and a TV, it also has the ability to display different content on each screen wirelessly. For example, a slide presentation can be displayed on the TV while the Optimus G shows the accompanying speaking notes;
• QuickMemo allows users to write, draw, or jot a memo with their finger directly on the captured screen for sharing instantly with others as an attachment or a URL. The QuickMemo can also be used as an overlay feature — like jotting down a number using the QuickMemo and directly dialing the number while the number is on the top layer;
• Screen Zooming allows for the zooming in and out of lists in music player, email, text messages and photo gallery. It also offers the ability to change the font size and screen layout;
• Application Link launches preset applications (email, calendar, weather, etc.) when the alarm is turned off -– making preparation time in the morning go a little faster with all the information on your screen;
• Icon Personalizer allows users the ability to customize icons by editing size and adding images so the most frequently used apps can be most easily accessible.

I will be getting a note 2 but this is an awesome phone.
Announce a 5.3 inch plus phone with the same specs and I would change my mind :-)
