Still fear not, due to the similarities with Nexus 4 the community support for this phone is quite large, so it's VERY likely we'll get a fully working (and stable) Android L via CM12.

lucky , 03 Oct 2014hi guys, i have optimus g running on 4.4.2 i tried alot to root it but did not succeed . Anyon... moreIt's very easy, enable "Unknown sources" and google for TowelRoot. Run the app, "make it rain", reboot and enjoy!
I recommends installing (afterwards) a root manager such as SuperSU.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2014Any tips on how to download videos using this phone... :)You can download video like mp4 using Chrome or default browser. I usually use them.
