Even iam using the same korean verion in india. I got the kitkat update and everything was fine. But now i observe that the notification flash is not working for any of the notifications like missed call, msg and other apps notifications. Do you have the same problem? Or is it fine. Please reply me

Hi. I m from Bangladesh.. I m using f-180s korean version. Is it possible to upgrade it to kitkat? If yes' can it be done with lg pc suite? Please help.

I think that it depends on which firmware you had on JB, you have to wait for that particular type of firmware for Kitkat. If you had e97510h-eur-xx, you have to wait for europe open version... Although it is my opinion, doesn't mean that I'm right. :)
Does someone know does it matter if your phone is or was rooted? My phone was rooted, I've unrooted it with some apk, but I haven't done factory reset since then, could that be a problem?
