been using it for 8 month by now. great phone. Have an very stylish looking. Unfortunately yesterday i've drop my phone and it cracked, and the screen sensor does not working.

Lg optimus g e975 is an excellent smart phone with worst software update support by lg. Lg is in full sleep. Come on lg, wake up and open ur eyes, open ur eyes wide. If lg doesn't make improvements in software update. My next mobile will be samsung s5.

goshi you should change your charger must. take original lg charger which should 1.0am or above am.

The data connection used 30% of bat... moreits not necessary to install power saver app if you know how to manually do it...rather than that if you put the phone in eco mode the battery should last much longer ...I used to have xperia z & htc onex & samsung s4...but the optimus has the longest battery life when this feature always turned on...not that the performance will not be effected at all in regualar use...jut turn it off while playing high end games...

I bought E975 4 months ago ( in IRAN ) with USB HOST facility and Li-Po battery is obvious in technical spec.
1-I bought also OTG cable and connect to my E975 but i got nothing and same senario for sevral OTGs
2-in hydden menu (3845#*975# )i find li-ion battery type
please help me to know about problems

Kartik, 17 Dec 2013Battery sucks on this phone - it drains to more then %30 when its switched off for 9hrs, doesn... moreThis is an good phone. The only bad thing is the battery. The data connection used 30% of battery in 8 hours of standby. So I installed Easy Battery Saver and problem solved.

Compare it with Xperia Z and you will know. Yes its not as S4/G2 or even G pro but still better than other cameras. 1 out of 10 shots are excellent for me. In fact some images are highly detailled. Overall I would say OG s better than many water-colour cameras.

Overall a good phone..... But don't expect much from camera.... It is more or less an average one... Not even gives 5mp quality... Battery as usual... Comparing to other phones.... It is same.. Sucks... Continuous 2g/3g usage will drain you're battery.. Trust me no software updates... But still I am liking it :-)

Please guide with a solution how to boost its GPRS speed, as speed of even Q mobile single core sets is better than its quad core processor..

Nick, 28 Jan 2014I was interested in buying this phone but the negative reviews about it's camera and build qua... moreno, its worst than it, because moto g is 5mp and much better than Optimus G. The rear camera quality is very similiar to a cheap webcam == really really bad
Yes, the body is fragile, its gorilla glass 2 on front and normal glass on rear.
