This phone is cool, but it has a major issue! The battery is non-use replaceable! If it goes bad when the warranty is over, you need to pay a lot of money to get a new one! At least Samsung is smarter than LG at this, and their phones's batteries are user replaceable.

It is difficult to make comparisons of one device to another as they are all principally different.......so one says the Samsung GS3 takes better than XYZ device, another may say their Nikon/Canon DSLR can take better photos than the SGS3, and so forth............ it is just thoughtless/complascent/puerile to make such comparisons.

I was going to buy an LG optimus G but I saw that the LG Nexus 4 has almost the same specs at nearly 1/3 of the LG optimus G price.

lg optimus g is more accurate and sharper than s3 video /photos!

the rectangular design is simply superb and matured and never ever gets bored........ like apple i phone main key is design simillarly this lg design will last forever.............. samsungs rounded design looks good for few days and latter feels boring... thats the fact

Ont Ario, 01 Nov 2012 Wait for another 3 weeks,buy LG Nexus 4 with similar specs but at half this price.Not really similar...and the price will be the same, only if you buy it from playstore it will be as they said. But LG Nexus 4 will have the same price as the Optimus G when it will come worldwide.

Still the BEST around... but its TOOOOOO SLOW still no international/unlock release... Vu is comming this nov but this might come maybe.... march! i need to change my phone it's 2 yrs old! HURRY!
