Sorry, I meant only the Korean market. The US market will have it in November, will have an 8 MP camera, instead the 13 MP, and it will be LTE.

Come on LG get this thing to market..Have you noticed Samsung and Apple nearly have all the market share and THEY get their smartfones to market within a few weeks of launch,,just stating a true fact..

lg is anytime better than samsung . s3 has to much issus like screen glass breaking due to bigger screen and slime desigen .I had tried both lg and samsung phones, i had heard that samsung phones are better, but by my experience lg was quite better than samsung. I had compare lg and samsung phones many times but lg was the best. Now this phone optimus g i garrenty u that it is better than samsung s3 or any other samsung phone. I liked optimus g very much. exelent phone, not like s3 having many issus. :-)

This is gsmarena front page today,,it seem Korea should get updates in next 2 months so rest of world will not get Jellybean before christmas...

This is typical of LG so dont even expect this to get updated i bet they cancel JB update..LG do this all the time with software updates and bug fixes..This is why no-one in UK where i live buys LG just cant be trusted..We want to trust them but again with this Flagship device its looking unlikely to get updates..

I LIKE IT, 15 Oct 2012 last 4 days ago this phone had 1.2million hits. why it reduced to 1.05m?Some folk are sitting their bashing there buttons creating false votes,,these flag up and gsmarena corrects the hits..

Cant wait to see benchmarks for Javascript and HTML 5 which is more important than rraw spec..A good smartfone also needs good battery/camera/video recording/microphones/earpiece/speaker/good screen in sunlight...So a smartfone is not just about raw spec its the other quality components too..
No good having 16 cores 4GB RAM if all the components are shoddy..Same as if it had a 20 MP camera does not mean its any good..Folk are spec obssessed when quality is more important.
Still an interesting smartfone which should break some records but LG come on and get this right for once...Also buck your ideas up and get Jelly bean to this device this side of christmas..This is your flagship and christmas sales are the biggest of the year..

rahul, it's not cortex-a15! It's spcied up custom design based on cortex a9! Performance wise, sits rougly between a9 & a15!
