Even it doesn't support games and hd vedios. A thing called factory data reset. I did it a lot of time but in vain. It remains same as before. I just hate this phone.

killer, 15 Aug 2015this phone is the worse phone i have used.sometimes i fell like throwing it away
same here, the phone fraustrates me alot! Thought of selling it, and the price buyers were saying was crazy! its like giving the phone out for free!
Seriously can not wait to get a new phone, probably not an Lg product again!

please help. my phone has locked. its asking for e-mail address which when i input it doesn't open. i had a pattern for opening. i cant call, sms or do any operation other than receive calls. please help out.
