my name is dhawal atkare......i am very happy to bought this phone...i have bought this phone in 21march... .....camera quality is very good ...flash light is excellent....looking of this cell is very good....so sexy....and its touch so sweet....

i cant conect to wifi if im close to the router.. i even turn off the advancedsetings but nothing happened..!!!

I took pictures with my phone and now i cant open them. It reads 'unsupported file type' please how can i get my pictures and videos back?

within 3 months my phone end up with useless phone...
most functions failed, no service sim cards, cant send and receive phone or sms, disable connection to the net, unresponsive touchscreen,etc etc...
one thing that i wanna do is slamming it to the wall...

It is really a bad phone many times it is very slow its camera is really very poor to buy this mobile is jst wasting of money so frnds plz dont buy this mobile it have many many problems

U dont know to use fone.... I am using from 1 year its working smoothly, no problem at all.... it depends hw u use d phone.
take training...and also buy your phone in bright-ex warranty other wise you waste your money and non wrranrty also called refurbished.

if you buy this lg e615 in the official warranty of BRIGHTEX then there is no probliem in this phone and if you buy this phone with out warranty then this phone make upset behaviour so i also buy this mobile 4 months ago in warranty of brightex so i enjoy and with out warranty sets have many types of problems like signal drop so if you buy without warranty so phone makes many problem and without warranty phone are called refurnished phones so i advice you if you this fone so buy in warranty not without warranty.

"pallavi" is right! i bought this phone in april. internet connection always slow when two sim cards are active. i just hate it.

is a bad phone from lg ..dual sim card is not working camera clarity is not good display light is not good very very bad ..

I purchased this phone at feb-13 till now it is giving trouble while using.
Im using two sim cards, one sim always shows that "NO SERVICE"
most of the time internet ll not connects it shows that Data network is blocked.
some times SIM contacts disappears but those contacts appears once we restart the mobile.
When i changed sim cards it is atomatically delete all numbers and downloaded stuff.
It very poor mobile do not buy.....it's just waste of money

Anonymous, 14 Jul 2013I also had the same problem in my phone. When i met the LG CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. They said... morehtc desire c my friend uses it..its screen is much smaller and ram power is less than l5.this lg people dont know why they make us fool

Hi.. i hv purchd my on Dec-2012. from next ween onwards its started giving problems like
1) SMS ll not recieves most of the time even we didnt notice tat until our frnd tells this.
2) once i restart the mobile it take more than 4 hour to load it means we cont make any calls but we can recieve calls

6) now i hv removed all games bcoz of its getting very slow and all games strucking while playing. now my mobile is just like Basic set.
7) photo quality of camera is very poor.
So frnds plz its my request dont go for LG products im telling u by experience.its completely waste of money.

AnonD-146917, 16 Jun 2013can anyone tells that why it hangs when running apps like temple run2 subway surfers etcI also had the same problem in my phone. When i met the LG CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. They said that games like templerun ,subwaysurfers and other games should need screenresolution above 5 Inches and RAM POWER should be high.THESE 2 FEATURES ARE NOT IN LG-E615 phone.so games are strucking.This LG phone has only 4inches screen and Ram power is very low.so games are strucking.
