- No freezing , No lagging , No restart needed , I running my L5 now for more 300 hours without restarting .
- Extra wallpapers like L5 II E460 wallpapers .
- Extra ringtones .
- Extra icons in notifications area like , Rotation , GPS , Hotspot , Data , ... , etc .
- Brightness bar in notifications area .
- Clear button in notifications area .
- New Music Player .
- New Polaris Office version 4 .
- New File Manager .

Ive been using LG L5 for less that a month now and having some problems with it. At first it was fast, however, when I installed a couple of apps in it, it became slower and sometimes hangs up. If I upgrade it to JB, would this get fixed? How to upgrade? Thank you. :)

This phone is not for you..it is very slow device with its 800mhz processor & only 512mb of ram..

I'm having some problems, maybe someone could help. When I am making a call, the screen goes black normally when i put the phone to my ear. The problem is that when I finish the call and take the phone away from me, the screen does NOT lit up again, making it impossible to END the call. This is a big issue. Does anyone has a solution for this behavior?

At First let me present myself to you
I'm a (LG Optimus L5 E612)'s user , let me tell you my experirment with this phone :
1- L5 has a nice display screen with 4" inches , but low resolution and 256000 colors that would present you a scratchy display .
2- L5 freezes repeatedly and you must do a restart twice a daily , but THE GOOD NEWS here that you can end these freezing times by updating your firmware to JB v4.1.2 , I do this update by using V20B firmware and i have now no freezing .
3- L5 has a 2.6 GB user available in internal storage thats should be low , you must use an external SD card to save your photos and videos from camera , and your music must be on external card , and internal storage Specialized for apps only .
4- L5's video recording is so bad at night even if you records in lighted place .

L5 has a good price , I bought him with 160$ at 1/4/2013 , now available in market at price 150$
Samsung Galaxy Duos = 180$
LG Optimus L5 II E455 200$

I suggest to purchase Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 = 150$

AnonD-167746, 22 Jul 2013Is this phone better when compared with Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 and Sony Xperia E?Samsung Galaxy Duos S7562 is better than L5 in (Processor + RAM + Front Camera), But S7562 has 1.7 GB internal storage which lower than L5's storage .

Hmmmmmm running games on L5 is nice but 3D games may running good maybe not . I tried 3D Parking Games and games launched slowly than other devices but played successfully without problems . A (3D School Parking) and some 3D games not working .

I have to say, loved it the first couple of days, then started wondering if I'd made a mistake buying it... Then I upgraded the 'droid, and now I love this phone, considering its price... It runs pratically all the apps and games I download, I browse the web really nicely, I even like the camera (specially its panoramic option). It can give good sound, and the battery life is average/above average for a 'droid...
All said, I'm really happy I bought it!

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2013Hi..I Want Someone be honest and help me to give me alittle informations about this mobile pho... morevery solid, supports all apps., fast respons in 3G, slower in old 2G network, very good camera, and solid battery. Sufficient memory with additional SDcard, perfect item for that price level. I'm using it for last 3 months.
