I got the silicon cover for this phone for Rs. 375, Bangalore, Kammanahalli. However, screen guard was customized for Rs.100. The phone cover can be mistook for the phone itself b'cos it's such glossy cover. You will feel like buying another cover to protect the phone cover.

Can anyone advise if u are facing the same thing.
whenever I am tapping on the "call" interface for calling someone, the inteface is taking a bit long (1-2 sec) to open up.

Why every company has started using this same Processor chip and GPU cortex A5 and adreno 200 but with differnt clock speeds ranging around 600 Mhz, 800 MHZ to 1 Ghz. Samsung in S duos, LG in L3, L5 and L7. HTC in Desire C, V, VT and VC. Sony in Xperia Tipo, Tipo Dual & Miro. Screen sizes varying from 3.2 inch on Xperia Miro to 4.3 inch on LG L7. These processor and GPU are very slow and economicaly configured. These handsets are single or dual sims. Whats really behind using these monotonous configurations which every company is applying in their new handsets??? Anyone knows about this???

But when i saw Reconnect in Reliance Digital, touched it and operated it, it has stolen my heart. That is the best apart from all the models you have chosen for. With 1.4 Ghz processor and 4.3 inch display, it's awsome. It also plays HD videos and games. try if you can find at your place. For a matter of fact, the Reconnect is rebranded by Relaiance from Alcatel OT-995. Check this out. Reconnect is the same phone. Only label is different.

With the Data pack turned off, Live wallpapers off, the stand by of this phone should come upto 10 Days. There was only 3% deduction in the battery charge between 12 to 8 in the morning when I tested. Please test it.

plz helpIf you haven't installed LG Android Platform Driver on your PC, you need to change the settings manually.
To connect ur phone to pc via usb, an option for usb connection type will appear, select the media sync/MTP. Then, u'll be able to connect to pc.
Dont forget to set the usb connection type to "charge only" before diconnecting it from ur pc to avoid damaging ur phone.

hey, im planning to buy this phone, and i was hearing some problems about this phone, can you please tell me if they are true or not?
1. doesn't support apps2sd function
2. bad cam quality
3. doesn't play hd videos
im planning to buy either one of these
LG l5 - cheapest, ICS, 4" Screen, 4GB (2GB user available)
LG Optimus Black - front cam, HD Vid, 1GHz
MOTOROLA Defy+ - waterproof, dustproof, 1GHz
SE Arc S - ICS, 1.4GHz, 8mp, 4.2" screen
SAMSUNG Galaxy W - 1.4GHz, secondary cam.
In your opinion, which one should I buy?
