Does anyone know if the Dual sim variant is DUAL-ACTIVE (2nd sim can receive call or sms while the othe sim is in use) just like the Samsung galaxy grand?
I hope they don't price it as a midrange device. Despite having a dual-core processor, it's still just an A5 processor as compared to the other A9 dual-core chips used in other midrange phones. I've been seeing the MSM8225 in phones which costs $100-200 so hopefully LG doesn't screw up on the pricing.
RedFox, 25 Feb 2013This is my only concern about this phone ..... i hope u r wrong because 4 me this is an ideal ... moreSimple thing, with 8GB internal memory you will get more user availability space which is a need and with 64GB microSD expandability you can keep large numbers of files as compared to 32GB.
xpser, 23 Feb 2013I m sure that this phone wil not record video at 720p.remember my words, freinds. This is my only concern about this phone ..... i hope u r wrong because 4 me this is an ideal mid range device .
4.3" screen , over 200 ppi , 8 mp camera , vga video calling cam , compact size , good cpu and ram for a midranger , 4 gb internal memory which is good enough 4 apps , 32 gb micro sd card 4 all other files , JB out of box , dual sim capability and finally great battery +2400 mah . so if the video is 720p , definitely i will buy it .if not , it will be a deal breaker 4 me :( .
also i am concerned about the screen protection !! any suggestions !
LG F7 has 2,560mAh BATTERY.
LG L7-II has 2,460mAh BATTERY.
What a Great Job LG!

Shan95, 25 Feb 2013This is enough for the II of L7.. LG managed to put good specs for it.. and remember the last ... moreOK, then we hope LG will release Optimus L9 II soon ( expectfully in March). LG should also increased microSD exapandibility upto 64GB and internal memory to 8GB. Its corners should be less angular shaped. And also, L9 II should have a improvised processor and other features.
This is enough for the II of L7.. LG managed to put good specs for it.. and remember the last device of L series lineup.. guys, the L9 II will come out with almost all the specs you are asking for...!
i dnt understands that when they launching the dual sim versions of all then why wasting their time and money by making sigle sim variants,,,,,,,,,and why they are not putting minimun 8gb memory onboard frm olders 4gb............is that make any sense..
Please release this phone with HTML5, GLONASS, HD Display, TV-OUT and NFC. Take some time and add some new. We are expecting much from LG.

Optimus L5, L3 with html5 and optimus L7 with html. Not acceptable.
All the complains about resolution: 800x480 is SUFFICIENT. Not superb, not even good, but you wont get eye cancer from it. Also, it is obvious, that they want to reach maximum battery life with this size of battery, so quality of display was not their priority. If the pricetag would be right, i am definitely buying it.
No higher resolution display (same resolution as in old L7), no NFC, no tv-out, only higher price range. Can it beat the Grand ??
