If the update is availble to your country an dyour cell phone network carrier has rerleased it, it will automatically prompt you to update the firmware. My L7 came with firmware version V10c and I have updated to V10e which has the quickmemo added to teh pulldown toggle. I don,t know what version of firmware you have availble in your country with your carrier. The firmware was released back in August of 2012.

BaraniBenz, 06 Nov 2012In my phone 3g is not at all working.hi! how about your phone's network settings? try changing your apn. in my case, I downloaded an app to change my apn automatically, adjusting to where I am and the mobile network I'm using.
