It has many complications regarding phones to upgrade. Try to go to some technicians to ask for some help. Maybe the problem is your phone got greyed and needs to be downgraded

I cannot send long messages only up to 80 and i don't know who is sending me messages because when i recieve a message there is no information even though i have contacts with them. the header always is anonymous. And i cant reply that's why i don't know who is sending me a message. please help me fix these problem . thank you .
