LG S-class UI Touch UI Rumors

You've missed the LG Surf 4GB announcement? Well, don't worry, it's because there wasn't any. Surf 4GB is just the Italian name for the LG Cookie Music that was announced recently. And it seems the Surf 4G is just about to get a market release on the Italian market.

In the meantime we caught word of another rumored phone by LG - this time from the high-end segment. As a leaked XML table on LG website confirms, the company is currently working on an Android smartphone with a WVGA screen and it's called LG P950.

LG has been a little too Android-shy so far and we like that the company is finally making its first step in the pricier range where Nexus One, HTC Desire and XPERIA X10 sucessfully capture the imagination of gadget-lovers aropund the world.

But getting back to the news of the day - the LG Surf 4GB market release. The LG Surf 4GB, a.k.a. Cookie Music, would've been just another touchphone if it wasn't for its impressive amount of 4GB of storage memory. There is also a microSD card slot for expanding that.

The music player of the device comes with Dolby mobile sound enhancement much like several other LG phones before that. Of course, a standard 3.5mm audio jack is also present.

The LG Surf 4GB will start selling by the end of April for 199 euro.
