Its a good phone to connect it to your PC using the the cable you have to make sure the drivers are propelly copied. To do that uninstall your LG files including the hardware from the system-devices and download the U8110_UK_1 folder from http://www.nodevice.es/driver/U8110/get41551.html
or from another site. Unzipped and write down the folder location in your HD . Then conect the phone to the PC and when you are told that new hardware has been found start installing the four drivers to your PC every time it ask you.

hashim, 03 Apr 2009i want free software for lg u8110 to connect pc internet, share video, pics and other featuresit is an exceptional phone with a lot of advanced features. its down side is that it seems impossible to down load its contents through infra red , USB or any other means.
please, how do i down load the info in my handset to my PC?
