I had a Samsung S6 before buying this LG V10. There's no comparison. This V10 is the worst phone I've ever used. The battery life stinks, I have to charge it twice a day and ALWAYS have to carry my charger with me. It does charge pretty fast but that's about the only good thing I can say. I've never cracked the screen on any phone except for this one. Gorilla glass 4 is easy to shatter. The phone overheats very quickly. If you have a Samsung, buying the V10 is a serious down grade. LG should stand for load of garbage.

I've been using the LG V10 Dual SIM since February. After travelling with this phone, these are the areas of improvement.
1. Needs at least 5-7 hours screen-on-time, 18 hours standby time.
2. Aggressive battery management like Sony's Stamina modes.
3. UI isn't smooth, slows down at times. Nova helps here.
4. Notification LEDs, front and back.
5. Dual front speakers, front+rear firing like LG G4s, that can play up to 90dB without distortion. It's currently 90dB with distortion.
6. Hybrid - Phase detect & laser auto-focus.
7. Low light front camera f/1.7 with manual controls for stills/video.
8. Dual SIMs should be default - No more single SIMs. Save on development resources.

Phone seems to be great at first, this is my second V10 due to malfunctioning. Has anyone else experienced this with their phone? I answer a call an my screen goes blank, can't see to put it on speaker. Tap Screen to open phone,it don't open it, have to hit the power button. That's just for starters.

Amazing phone powered by a weak battery. I must charge it twice a day and this is not ok. Gotta return it and have my money back. I will go for de G5 instead.

I am and always have been a huge LG fan end the V10 by far exceeds anything else I've ever used by them and I think that it's interesting that some people are posting an opinion about it and never used it. I don't think one can give a educated opinion about anything without having experienced it first hand or or at least learned as much as you possibly could about it instead of just maybe listening to somebody else's BS anyway...I absolutely love my V10 and honestly I'm loving the video quality. I don't need to see the pores on people so I'm good with that. I know everybody has their thing and it doesn't matter what you use as there's always going to be that one thing you don't like about anything so I think if you're nitpicking and you got to find something well sure you can complain that you want a video upgrade. I think it's a wonderful phone just the way it is right now and Fingerprint scanner works really fast and I love that.

Switched to this device from Samsung Note 5, previously i used Iphone 6+ (Samsung Note4, 3 ,2 1) and S2. but LG V10 exceeded my expectations. 5 Starts from my side. I am not comparing it with Note Series or Iphone. but as user i am highly satisfied with the performance and options

I never go below 8% because i don't like my phone turns off while im using it.
Bootloop is hardware issue and it effects motherboard and they will replace it for free under warrenty but you will lose your infos
The same thing happened with my friend G4 - S/N 505
They claim they fixed with newer series 6xx , Mine is 602
What is your S/N under battery OR on Box?

ognosaj32, 19 Jul 2016i brought my unit to the service center, and I just got a reply that they were able to turn on... moreI think it's bull crap if their reason that my phone went into bootloop if I allowed my battery to be fully dishcarged to 0%, I've used a lot of brands before, and I've allowed them to be fully discharged, and nothing like this happened, I guess Its LG's programming, because from what Ive read and seen on youtube, bootloop also happened on G3 and G4

I updated it to latest security updates and I fully ch... morei brought my unit to the service center, and I just got a reply that they were able to turn on my unit and is now under observation, dont have the full report yet on what they did to revive it, but I guess it was software, because they said they'll call me if any parts are needed, hopefully no reformatting done, coz I need those text messages =(

i have the h962 dual sim model, has anybody experienced what they call Boot Loop, its when you start your phone and it stays on the startup mode, this just happened to me after I update the latest security update, it just so happens that I maxed out my battery the other day, and when I recharged it, this happened. The service center agent said, my unit may need to be re formatted, there goes all my data, and sms messages
