AnonD-95160, 21 Dec 2017phone is good, but battery backup is tooooooo bad.I went on Amazon and bought 2 extra batteries with a charger for cheap and they work great.
Anonymous, 28 Dec 2017Yours lasted over a year. Mine entered bootloop barely 5 months after I bought it!! My lgv10 also did around 5 or 6 months in. I'm on my second because the company replaced it. The phone wouldn't even turn on any longer.
X-Tigrex , 22 Nov 2017Hello
I just bought LG V10 secondhand with the model number h900 which was working pretty go... moreI faced fingerprint scanner issues with my lg v10 several times..
It was working fine and suddenly it no longer works/ accepts my print...
follow these steps,
1)Goto settings -> fingerprint&security -> fingerprints -> then delete all fingerprints
2)Then goto apps -> switch to show system apps(I'm using 6.0) -> find com.lge.fingerprints then remove data and cache memory, and also remove data in lge.lockscreensettings..
3)Goto storage & USB -> clear cached data
4) Then restart your mobile
5) After that, add fingerprints in fingerprint lock
then it detects your finger..
I tried it, worked fine with me..
again it doesn't detect your finger, repeat the steps..
no need to factory reset..
Hope this helps..
upgraded last year the phone lasted about a year and a half then i got the boot loop error. Then i purchased another on ebay lasted 2 months barely and got another boot loop. Done with the V10. Back to Samsung i guess.

my daughter lg v10 got stuck with this bootloop error, only 1year and 2mos. old, the problem is hard to find a repair center near our area, so sad that this pricey phone with little life span of use...
I used to love LG. Not anymore. Their manufacturing process is flawed. After 1 or 2 yours, the handset will bootloop and all your data will be lost. Type LG bootloop on youtube and you will see what I mean. Shame on you LG. I will never a LG smartphone ever again.

mahi, 01 Dec 2017Same with me. I have g4 and v10.. both are dead aftr givng me 1yr of service each. Modla like ... moreit's the processor, the Snapdragon 808. Both the G4 and V10 have it and it gets very hot and causes sluggish performance and eventually, it can even cause premature failure. I had a G4 as an insurance replacement for my G3 (grrrr) and it was shit, but I ditched it within 4 months for a V10 on my AT&T upgrade plan. That was a mistake as the V10 is plagued with the same shitty processor. I went through two replacements (one warranty, one insurance) before I got AT&T to give me a V20 insurance replacement instead. The V20 is A LOT better. I have had it for two months and the battery is still decent (not compared to Samsung, but on well) and when I am not seriously using it, it is very cool, even icy, to the touch. I love it.
The V10 and G4 both have defective processors. The configuration of the Snapdragon 808 in both phones leads to overheating and sluggish performance. Overheating over time leads to premature hardware failure. After I dropped my G3 in the toilet, I got an AT&T/Asurion insurance replacement. It was a G4 :(
My G4 became sluggish and hot within the first 3 months. So much so that the following February, I went out and got a V10 on my upgrade plan. Oh boy, was that a mistake. While the V10 was packed with more features and power than the G5, it had the same damn faulty processor as the G4. I went through two replacement V10's (3 phones), one warranty and one insurance. I cannot stress enough that I DO NOT RECOMMEND this phone.
Fast battery charging 50% in 40min???? I don't know why my V10 (H900) takes so much time which is a big headache to me..😟
