"Your device is corrupt.

Verizon says it should be replaced and showed me other phones, but I really like the V20.
Josephkarthic, 20 Jan 2017Dear V20 users, Does this phone has bootloop issues in the recent updates ? Many users say ... moreSo I have owned 2 lg v10 and both have had boot loop issues. I have been assured that this new v20 will not. Wait and see as they r replacing my v10 with a v20 tomorrow.
Sad Dad, 29 Jan 2017I got this phone for my daughter for xmas....a week later she took it out while it was raining... moreIt is all about where the water gets to, Mine has been dropped in a sink (water running), used in the rain...with no issues. Let one drop get in the wrong place...and poof though.
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2017Is it possible to get the speakers to blow/explode when you keep putting volume on a maximum? ... morenope, not really, but after using it for a long period of time, the speaker might get broken, i had a nexus 7 and i have a galaxy s4 now, and speakers of both phones got broken because i listen to music like 8hours a day on mostly full volume. took more than 2 years to broke those speakers though
Sad Dad, 29 Jan 2017I got this phone for my daughter for xmas....a week later she took it out while it was raining... moreI didn't see where it says the phone is water resistant. It only takes a tiny bit of water to get into a speakeer hole and ruin electoronigcs
Is it possible to get the speakers to blow/explode when you keep putting volume on a maximum? I tend to put my volume on max when I listen to music for a long period of time (Because I often forget my earphones)
I got this phone for my daughter for xmas....a week later she took it out while it was raining ... it got sprinkled with a few drops of rain and was toast. I was there, it's not like she dropped it into water, this was a lite sprinkle. This phone is not even a little bit weather proof. I have had good luck with lg phones in the past, but this one may have some issues with the integrity of the cover. LG customer service was of course no help since it was water damage, i offered to pay for the repair and they still wouldn't fix it. I would hesitate to purchase from lg after this experience.

Berting labrador, 27 Jan 2017Do all v20s have the same issue with the rear camera lens being so brittle? If not, could you ... moreI owned lg v20 since 3 weeks , before I purchase the phone I get this cover (below link) it is cover the lens and cover it self with excellent qulaity https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LRX2MJA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Palito lapid, 27 Jan 2017Really? Not a single issue? What about the shattergate? Should we not worry about it? I've rea... moreShattergate never became anything more than hot air and bad practice. The phone does have a large sheet covering the cameras, (cases actually DO NOT help the camera glass, as they cause pressure focal points) The glass is more susceptible to focal pressure cracking but it has not been an issue for the majority of owners.
AnonD-599881, 22 Jan 2017this phone has not a single issue!! if u know technical facts : superb camera.just awesom... moreReally? Not a single issue? What about the shattergate? Should we not worry about it? I've read an article about someone dropping his v20 on a carpet about knee-level with an otterbox protecting it but still, the rear camera glass broke.
Do all v20s have the same issue with the rear camera lens being so brittle? If not, could you please tell me the model of the affected ones..thanks! I wanna buy one but the shattergate issue is holding me back...
LG V20 is my dream phone, i am serious about buying it but one thing scares me most , that bootloop issue .. i have no customer service in my country nor warranty whatsoever , so does it or does it not have this annoying defect ?
i wanna buy one this coming sunday but i'm worried about the shattergate issue. does anyone of here experienced it? please advise. i don't want to just throw away my 2-month salary and settle with a phone with a broken camera glass. thanks!
Lupin The Third, 12 Jan 2017Can someone explain what is going on with the camera on this phone? It has generated the worst... moreIf it's a new phone, are you sure you have removed the plastic protective film that is usually placed on the lens.
I picked up my v20 today they hit the market and I've been totally impressed so far, except for when it comes to using it as an actual phone!
The microphone continuously collects buildup of dust and whatever making it so that nobody can understand me when I'm talking to them! I took it into the store and they said to blow it out with dust off when this happens, which will temporarily fix it for maybe couple days!
I cannot express to you how annoying this has become and unless LG can come up with a fix for this real soon I'm going to be getting rid of mine and getting another galaxy
I picked up my LG v20 as soon as they hit the shelves, and I've been totally impressed with everything about it so far,
Except when it comes to using it as an actual phone. The microphone pick up on it continuously collects dust in build up making it unable or whoever I'm talking to to be able to hear me
