So the g4, v10, g5 and now the v20 have all the same cameras. Just pointing this out who didn't know.
Sadly no comparison to Note7 and will be priced similar to Note 7. And iphone 7 is around the corner so no hopes for LG. It will share the fate with V10, despite being a good phone it wont be a good seller. LG could have succeeded if they aim it at upper mid section, comparable to the current prices of note 5. If they compete with note7 in prices then they wont be able to sell cause note 7 is superior in almost all departments except audio. And only for audio no one will buy LG over Note7. And ofcourse these are my personal opinion and anybody can disagree about it. But i have been following mobile sector in India for a while now and only reason i come up for LG's failure here is trying to compete with samsung and apple with not up to the standards set by them. LG G5 was no comparison to note5 or S7 and so is the case with V20. I am not saying that V20 is bad it just doesn't gives enough reason to leave note7 or iphone7 for this.
AnonD-441601, 07 Sep 2016Ugly design, ugly phone and small battery.
Result: Ugly crap.If you hate this phone
You can not buy V20
But it is better before you comment pay attention to specifications
This phone is great great and great
I would never, ever buy any IG crap again, I should have listened to comments from people bitching about how LG is rubbish, but at the time I saw the LG G3 and thought it looked good - stupid me, I bought the handset and it stop working just out of guarantee :( never again LG..
I think the MicroSD expansion slot is still 2 TB not 256 GB, as I have read through various other media.
Really LG? Why *this design for V20? Isn't it suppose to be for the LG G6 or something?....Design-wise it suck. Even though the build quality is good you could have stayed with the V10 design but making it more futuristic (Slimmer, lighter, less bezels...) . Battery in this V20 will definitely be a bummer even with the presence of the new Doze feature in Nougat...As this Phone is made for *Power Users it should at least had a 3800 mAh battery. But i think LG has done a real good job overall considering the build quality, removable battery, camera and the amazing Software features. LG for Life
I have one doubt about the display..
According to the specs, the primary display is of 5.7" size and the secondary display is of 2.2" size..
Does this mean that the overall display is of 7.9" size?
Or is it like the secondary display is accommodated inside the primary display and occupies 2.2" of the primary display's 5.7" screen estate?
Will be there any settings so that we can get rid off the secondary display being shown all the time and still getting notifications on the primary display only?
Anonymous, 07 Sep 2016The most errhkh phone ever! Stupid design, v10 looks better than this shit!So try to design your own phone if this look stupid to you lol
Zanche, 07 Sep 2016If you own an lg g3, g4, g5, v10 then 3200 battery is pretty small. Just wait and see gsmarena... moreAbout the bad battery life in LG phones:
For G3, it's LG's fault, because they paired a QHD screen resolution with Snapdragon 801. S801 was not meant for QHD screen resolution. But LG wanted to rush so they can tell they are the first to use QHD.
It's another thing that QHD screen resolution is crap and pointless in phones.
For G4 and V10, it's not LG's fault, bug Qualcomm's. The Snapdragon 808 (used in G4 and V10) and 810 have very bad efficiency and performance. They overheat quickly and drains the battery. (Despite it's not LG's fault, they should have to stay with Snapdragon 805 even in 2015 and skip the flop SoCs from Qualcomm. Of course, the review authors would were whining / complaining about it.)
But the LG V20 is perfect and will not have battery problems.
SD 820 but Quad core processor ?? Oh man ..very bad..hated
