Tahir Afzal, 08 Feb 2017ohhhh ... Sorry to give you pain with your lovely LG V20,, But Truth is sour.. OK I'll tell yo... moreBootloops can and do happen, but this isn't a known issue on the V20 so...maybe quit kicking up old dust? Loving mine and got it a week before launch, zero issues. Though LG is pretty stupid for not upgrading the auto-camera, the hardware is there (manual quality is mind blowing) but they just haven't really updated the V20's software which would solve that one complaint.
Tahir Afzal, 08 Feb 2017ohhhh ... Sorry to give you pain with your lovely LG V20,, But Truth is sour.. OK I'll tell yo... moreIf you do the google search, there's many articles that were removed about it, because of a plethora of false claims. I have no idea why people keep running circles in this bootloop issue...the G4 was the only device that had a percentage higher than acceptable amount of defects to have the bootloop problem...then AFTER that...the rest of the devices were just cursed...even though no other one had a percentage higher than acceptable defect level.
I owned 2 G4s...that both bootlooped, so I know what it feels like...I also owned a G3, no issue...a V10...still running...V20 is still going strong...
Interestingly, I had a Samsung captivate glide...bootloop on me in the past, the battery also swelled and popped the backing off.

Sorry to give you pain with your lovely LG V20,, But Truth is sour.. OK I'll tell you why i am too much against this Brand (LG). My brother run a shop of used phones. and i have experienced most of boot loop phones only in LG. even in all the G, and V series. he have 3 Dead G4, and also have 2 V10 phones in his shop :-( and many of G5, G3, G2 phones users are complain about hardware problem. LG hasn't learn from the previous failures phones
also my dear do some Google to search that how much rollers you found in the world....

If you don't like LG, why bothering to comment on LG V20's forum? You should troll somewhere else. Don't come and say "I have free of speech", FREE OF SPEECH does not equal trolling/hating or spreading hate on an specific brand you don't like.

I really like to know, does Pixel camera shows glare when taking object with strong light in the evening e.g. Street lamp.
As comparison, how does LG V20 doing on that matter (shooting at night)?
Thanks,

Wife and I originally bought Note 7s. After the swap outs we bought home tested S7 Edges. No dice.... The Notes were simply a better phone but had their quirks as do all phones. My thinking was I would never find a phone to equal the Notes, and that was true of the Edges. Wife eventually got a Pixel XL and I a V20. We traded use of the phones to compare, with the intent of possibly trading in the one we didn't like as well.
Conclusion is: We both liked both phones, though I preferred the V20 even better than the Notes. (Use the right stylus on the V20, and it works just about as well as a Note.) Wife at this point rated both dead even. She didn't have a preference, but liked both better than the Notes.
I really liked the Pixel XL, but in terms of everyday use the V20 won out. None of the "cons" listed by the writers are actually notable to us. However personally, the one thing I didn't like on the V20 was the back side, on/off button with fingerprint reader. Also the Google VR does not work on the V20 as once stated, early on, that it would.
Wife decided to keep the Pixel XL for herself and I kept the V20. We were both wore out from the hassles of trading so many phones.
In reading the review on the Pixel XL here, the writers got at least 1 thing wrong. The Pixel XL is in NO WAY louder with its' external speaker than the V20. Nowhere close. Nor is it close in speaker quality when connected to decent speakers. We know this for fact as we have compared both phones. Wife agrees though, the speaker phone loudness didn't matter to her. She was more concerned and impressed with the connected speakers.

no matter what other phone i try i always return to my v20. the camera and audio are the best selling points. battery is more than ideal but not great. and lg qslide apps are the one reason why i mostly return to my lg phones

love this phone overall. No downside at all. It doesn't matter if the phone is not water proof. I can always buy a waterproof case anyway. This phone has everything I need. From the elegant and unique design along with ergonomic feel, it has very crisp and immersive display 5'5', great battery life and the battery is removable fyi
